Another cool thing about the allwheel drive and the lockers in the Unimog is, that they were designed to be engaged while driving/under load without pressing the clutch or the like, which I think is pretty impressive for the time. I know modern tractors that are still really sassy in that regard
Well becouse the two are build for different purposes theres no comparison. The mog is a work / farm truck build like a multi purpose tractor....the haflinger is build for the military to get troops on there location. The mog is big , heavy not fast while the haf is small , light and way faster......you should compare the mog with the pinzgauer.... Ps....i'm still interested to buy your haf if it would come for sale 😉
