    우연히 서핑하다 봤는데, 완전 대박입니다. 과정도 복잡하지 않고 심플해서 딱 제가 원하는 비쥬얼, 레시피네요. 나름 서치 해서 보는데 왜 지금 봤을까요? 넘 감사해요. 혹시 중간에 과일 올릴 때(컴포토 말고) 냉동 블루베리나 냉동망고 올리면 녹아서 물 나와서 망할까요 제가 샐러드에 냉동망고, 블루베리 넣으니까 바닥에 소스랑 섞여서 물이 흥건하게 나오긴 하더라구요. 케잌도 그럴 것 같아서요.

    안녕하세요 요 크림치즈생크림이 너무 맛있는데요 혹시 꽃짜기해서 데코하는것도 가능할까요 생크림으론 모양유지가 잘 안돼고 버터크림은 맛이 없어서요..

    저렇게 깔끔하게 아이싱하지 않고 구멍이 굵고 큰 아이싱팁으로 크림을 대충 짜내고 시트를 쌓고 또 크림을 대충 짜내고 시트를 얹는식으로 아이싱을 하면 너무 빈약해보일까요?
