    When I feel verklempt in the morning from high sugar level I eat a cheese stick and within ten to 15 minutes my feeling is back to normal. A Doctor told me years ago that eating cheese would help.

    Fasting sugar is high then pp sugar will also be high so why one should stick to the levels arbitrarily fixed towards lower side.

I heartily congratulate you for producing such a superb video which is out of common. Keep it up. Request you to produce more videos on diabetes as this silent killer is doing lots of harm to humanity. Hemant from Mauritius.

    I m always worried about my blood sugar levels high in the morning, though my hbc1 is 5,9,plz inform am i in pre-diabetic, thanks

    • @diabetesmantra
      @diabetesmantra  ปีที่แล้ว

      A fasting blood sugar level of 5.9 mmol/L (or 106 mg/dL) is considered to be in the pre-diabetes range, which means that blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not yet high enough to be diagnosed as type 2 diabetes. People with pre-diabetes are at increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Lifestyle changes such as increasing physical activity, losing weight, and making dietary changes may help reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

      hey, if sugar levels are increasing on daily basis then its not a good sign consult and start taking a diet under a dietitian who will help you in lowering down your sugar levels.

    Thank you doctor. So we don't want to worry about morning sugar level right? Bcoz when doctor ask us to do FBS, if the sugar level is high he suggests more tablets 😔.

      Hi, Track morning sugar levels for better health. High levels need evaluation and management, including tablets. Consult a doctor, follow recommendations, stabilize sugar, and improve long-term health.

    it has nothing to do with the liver, everyone keeps repeating the same nonesense. It has to do with the brain guys, some one has to finally put some research on the brain pleaaaase.
