    I’m happy this was in my recommended, I’m sharing this with my friends so that the TH-cam algorithm can recommend it across the globe for R6 players, so people who watch Marley will see this🔥

      Thanks mate! It really helps out the channel when stuff like that happens. If there is anything else you would like to see me build, leave me a comment. Ideas always help!

      Thanks! I debated doing an add for it, but when the build costs almost $500 and it gets 170 views, I gotta do something lol. If you liked it please leave a sub. It would make my day :D

    Wouldn't the tint be on the other side?

    • @SomeBadEngineer
      @SomeBadEngineer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You'd think so right? If you were just using it as tent then yes, but what I wanted was to ensure that the reflective film always saw its side as the brighter side. By placing the tent on the opposite side it does make it darker from the viewing side, but it also reflects most of the light coming from the film side. I think I used 35% film tent, so basically as long as the film side is not 136% the brightness of the tent side, it completely acts as a one way mirror. If I didn't do that, then the film would only have worked if the brighter side was always the outside. Think about a skyscraper and how during the day its completely reflective, but at night you can see inside when the lights are on. This wasn't using tent for its normal purpose but instead to combat the film problem

    Why Ur using Maya and not cad or inventer

    • @SomeBadEngineer
      @SomeBadEngineer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well personally I prefer it. No slight on any other CAD software, and those tend to have a lot of advantages, but Maya has always just been where I have felt most comfortable. I use Catia and Rhino as well for work/other projects.
