That top water hit at the beggining is crazy. We dont have pikes in CA, but I might have to do some travelling just to fish for them. They look fun to catch.
If you ever get the chance I'd say go to Canada thay can get massive up there 60+ inches
nothing compares to catching a pike, the fresh water barracuda
1000% agree there's definitely not much else like the in fresh water
