Solid overview video. Question, builder is installing a MVZ FH12NA ductless unit as well as a ducted SVZ KP18NA unit. Do I need two Kumo Cloud Wireless Interface Model 2's for each unit or just one interface?

Yes, you would need two kumo adapters. We've never seen a MVZ FH12NA model. Perhaps you mean FS12?

Question, using a one-way cassette I can connect Wireless Receiver to it with CN105 cable to control with MHK2. But where then does the wireless interface go? Is there room to cram it back into the cassette housing?

Great question. There is a CN105 splitter that allows you to connect both Kumo and MHK2.

@@gotductlessusa I have a similar question as @brianhood9088, which I don't think you've answered here. After opening up the cover of our wall-mounted minisplit unit (a FS 12K), I'm able to connect the MHK2 to the CN105 port and get everything working. But I can't for the life of me figure out where the wireless interface is supposed to fit within the housing of the FS 12K system in order to put it all back together again. I know it can be done because a technician did the same for one of the other units in our house, but I haven't been able to figure out where he could have stashed it. The receiver simply seems too big for any of the spaces inside the unit. Any tips?

Should the blue light continue flashing even after you’ve successfully connected?

Blue light is a status light so blinking is normal!

Should i wait until 2025 to buy a wifi module . Or is it just the app getting an update?

    • @gotductlessusa

I believe they are revamping the whole kumo cloud program. We are unsure if they are changing the interface or just doing an app revamp. Mitsubishi is not disclosing that info as of right now.

The app is actually going through a massive overhaul. It will be released with the new refrigerant in 2025.
