I had exactly this with my Tigra but only on the passenger side, I ended up having to re-program it with Opcom as on the tigra it is controlled by the roof ecu in the boot, so the basic process was plug in opcom, load the software, goto the body menu, then electrohydraulic hardtop menu, the program, this brought up a menu with 4 buttons, make sure all doors and windows are closed and windows are fully up. press "enable assembly" then press for example in the software "drivers window" button, this will drop the window about 6 inches, then save. then repeat for the passenger side. this resolved my issue and now when you open the door they drop slightly as they should and more inportantly when you start the roof opening process they drop around 6 inches to help. and when the roof is closed the windows go back up. I do have Opcom in Leicester if you want a hand with it and are ever popping past dude.

All fixed and sold now...did another video as found out the vaux-comm program was not as compatible as it should have been and the window program button was greyed out...newer version did the job a treat. 😉

    Hi There.
My Tigra has the same problems.
Have you solved this problem yet? Please let me know. I have had this problem for years.
Also, Can you please send me a link where to download the application software to fix this window problem? I hope it may work for my Tigra.
    From Downunder.

    Hi ade.
What you need to try do is. Hold the driver window switch up for 6 seconds then continue to push it down whist holding it down again for 6 then roll it back and hold it again for 6 seconds that should reset the auto windows. Good luck opcom is a great bit of kit.

contact on, window fully down, keep pressed for a few seconds after fully down, same for up, keep pressed.
taken from a forum post, (take the BCM module and give all the contacts a clean, I then did a BCM Reset, and it then would not accept the security code, so I thought I had screwed up, Then when I read what it said, It was saying that there was no security code programmed, So I programmed one in and it accepted it. I then reprogrammed the drivers door window, and hey presto, It worked a treat.)
      Other options.
Check for a fully topped battery.
      Check window fuses
Do window reset with roof down.
