Thanks for the video. This helped me to replace the power steering return hose on a 2005 Mazda 6i. The part number is GK2E-32-410F for Mazda6i 2003 to 2005 models, 4 cylinders. The Mazda 6 six cylinders has a different part number, take note of that.
Thanks, exactly what I wanted to find out. I was worried getting the line out of there was going to require massive dismantling of the car lol. It's nothing too difficult in the end as you have shown.
No kidding. I'm about to change my leaky hoses and nowI'm definetely going to reinforce that area under the gromet with a few extra wraps of some aluminium tape.
Too all: The reason why the steering wheel was so smooth was probably not because of the new pressure hose line. Later on, the steering wheel became stiff again (It is designed to be stiff), but there was no leakage anymore.

Isn't it a return line (it goes from the rack back to the reservoir)? The pressure line should go from the pump to the rack.
