    For years I had problems with my muscles in my back and legs.
    Especially in the morning.
    What I've started doing is .... see what a cat does when he/she wakes up.
    They stretch all the way from toes to mouth and everything in between.
    Every morning I have a 10 minute yoga with my cats 😊 and it works.

      My heart doctor told me not to take note omega-3 fish oil which I've taken for years because I had a AFib and it would knock my heart out of rhythm again Dr livinggood what is your opinion on that!

      @@DrLivingood How do you feel about proteolytic enzymes ?. Do you recommend them ?.
      Also, I grate ginger and I make a stout tea of it. I do a shot of that with a chaser ( bc it burns). Boy Howdy, does that whip my inflammatory pain and stiffness !. Thanks !.

    I take turmeric everyday. I don't exercize much at all. Maybe thats why I nap. Lol. And i always sleep on my side. I toss n turn a lot.
    Are these for seniors. At 80 i can't do much bending. But can try these. You gave great advice.

    Good for any time of the day 🥳 I did the side to side stretches & front/back C stretches with you right now. Stay at home mom on my feet all day & lately by 4pm, my mid-back starts feeling sore… I felt much better after those stretches! 🤗

    Lovely thank you. Doc ,Do you have a video for under the foot, and stiffness above the foot , neuropathy and vertigo was caused by harsh medicines . Suffering also with low WBCs blood since Lockdown 24/7. Nerve damage, uric acid , and weak bones in my neck.. spondylosis . Pls let me know 😞

    Thank you for this. I have EDS and spend the for 2-4 hrs everyday stiff. I can’t work out on the morning bc I will pull a muscle from being so stiff. I wish I could sleep on my back but I have sleep apnea and can’t use a cpap. So side and stomach are my only options with cause a lot of spine issues (it caused scoliosis). I’m hoping these recommendations help.

    @DLG what are things you suggest for people 50+ that have had back surgery both in the neck and lower back and having some issues looking at surgery again on thoracic, neck and lumbar regions of back again due to constant muscle spasms and several issues causing spinal stenosis and causing the nerves and spinal cord being pressed on??? Tried all of your supplements for over 6 most nothing is stopping this and nothing is helping. Even bought a sleep number bed that I wasted money on bc it don't work either. I am so lost and ready to give up at this point. I have your book joined the lifestyle members page and have tried to get better doing your way of life and nothing is working for this problem. Please help!!! Your lifestyle helped with my 15 year old son having fatty liver he has completely normal enzymes now and exercises daily so it worked for him and I lost some weight but really wanted to get off diabetes drugs and solve my back issues so I can come off the narcotics and go back to work finally. Can't get relief and want it so badly. Need your advice on disability now bc of all this so I can't afford a lot of supplements now but NEED HELP!!!!

    i’ve been having stiffness in my lower legs for about a yr (Im over the hill) and about a year ago I stopped taking the turmeric at night because I was getting hot flashes w sweating but now I’m gonna start taking it again and I hope I don’t start heating up again.
    Ive got inflammation where my legs are swollen & I need potassium bc my diet lacks & Im trying to adjust it & Im getting headaches & I do take magnesium w potassium every night but I just started taking 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar & it gave me indigestion, now Im hesitant to try it again. I do use electrolytes drink mixes & Armor Lyte & about 2 Armours work for me but I worry I might run out so I only use them when Im dying of a migraine, so that’s why I wanted the cream of tartar bc its cheap & easy to keep in stock but how do I prevent acid stomach? Maybe take it with Almond Milk or an apple? I do not go to dr, I try to hear God, I do have your book but cant make myself read it. I did watch your recommendation video about motivation, it did help for a day. 3 things to focus on 2 whats & 1 who, my 2 whats are drink my green smoothie daily (cant seem to do it) & do stretches even some YT QiGong for a few times & my who is I want to look like Rachel Welch or Jane Seymour, I gotta long way to go even at 1/3 less than their age. I think Jane eats sardines & Rachel juiced daily & went swimming daily, I barely get out of house, I used to do water aerobics & loved it soo much but started getting sick from the green mold & & bacteria & had to stop. Im really in bad shape but bc of my anointing from God you cant tell, I keep hearing Him say Im close to a breakthrough so I keep the faith but Ive been hearing that for 12 yrs now 🙏🏼

    Yes..very good info..my feet get sore on top..wierd.. and I get these lumps that are sometimes there and sometimes almost gone. I think it's inflammation..but not sure...I wish someone could tell me what it is...probably arthritis😒

    I have recently developed plantar fasciitis and insertional achilles tendinitis. It sucks. I used to love to run and I feel depressed that I can't do that without aggravating it.

    What happened to me....could barely move at 52 getting up for about 30 minutes. BOUGHT A NEW MATTRESS. Stopped completely. Miraculous. An old mattress that might seem ok probably isnt.

    I just found out that there are two different types of Turmeric. The turmeric root and tree turmeric. It appears tree turmeric is the best, but I bet most of the stuff we see in pills etc is the root turmeric. idk.

    Is the Omega + Tumeric ok to give teenagers that are do baseball and football? Tgey are always in pain, i guess bc they are growing too, but i dont wanna give them medicine, so i do massages, but my hands hurt lol

    I wake up all night for one reason or another but once I go to sleep on my stomach, facing my right, I sleep like a baby but wake up with horrible lower back pain. If I sleep facing my left I will be stiff and in pain from behind my ear down to my shoulder. I've tried sleeping on my back, I just can't :(

    You make a lot of sense and I've studied nutrition for 20 years. I really enjoy your videos, however, the word turmeric has 2 r's and is pronounced turmeric, not tumeric. It would be nice for you to pronounce thar word correctly.

    I feel like I loaded with too much cortisol as soon as I awake, it's a horribly all over fight or flight achey feeling throughout my body for the first few hours of the day.
    This started a couple years ago, I'm 48, fairly athletic, good diet, wtf is going on?
    My testosterone is low so it could be that, but i feel great at night, go to sleep easy and love it, but wake up like i'm coming down with a body cold or flu every day............not just achey joints, more like that feeling right as your getting sick........help

      @DrLivingood ok thanks, yeah i dont feel mental anxiety in the mornings but physically feel like i been hit by a train.
      Even days i can sleep in and look forward to, if i wake up around 7 i feel all over ill.
      If I sleep in im fine, but lately i wske at 7 and cant even fall back to sleep i feel so crappy, i used to be able to sleep forever.

      Did you have the covid vaccine? My son was having very similar symptoms and after much testing found out he had a spiked protein causing elevated histamine levels from the vaccine.
