Yes, but some of them are stunningly stupid. Take 他去火车站买火车票了。
Teaching us the use of the 了-construction is an important aim, but this sentence doesn't help at all. People go to railroad stations to get on the train and we buy our tickets in the course of things. Going to the station only to buy a ticket is an extremely rare event. And this sentence tells us nothing about the intentionality of either, not the normal nor the rare, case.

So, I started learning chinese in a language school in the September of 2019, and I've finished HSK 1. But because of the lockdown the exams were delayed until September of 2020. So I asked my teacher to practise for HSK 2. And that way, I have to learn 150 new words in less than 2 months. Thank you for this, it's really useful!!!

Thank you very much for your kind instructions. This video is very useful, efficient, and effective for learning Mandarin Chinese.
I browse through your playlists and find out that you do not have a full HSK4 and above with sentence examples like this video. Would you please consider doing the same style for HSK4 and above?
In addition, after two times of slow reading for each sentence like what you kindly did, it would train our ears by having the third time read at normal, real-life speed.
Finally, the pinyin and characters for words with multiple syllables should be written together as one word for ease of understanding. For example, fúwùyuán 服务员 instead of fú wù yuán 服 务 员.
Many thanks for your valuable teaching videos.🙏

these reviews are so, so helpful. thank you so much for the work you've put into making and sharing them. i particularly like the structure of reading the sentence in chinese first, then english, then chinese again. showing the literal translation of the characters is also helpful for students like me who still often get confused about proper sentence structure.

Thanks so much for all your excellent lessons. But I have one notice: Can you please keep the translation as literal as possible? For example, 你早上吃了什么? should be: What did you eat in the morning? Not just: What did you have in the morning?. Even if the English native speakers understand this (and I am not one of them), it is not clear that it is talking about eating breakfast. There are many examples which have this problem (well, at least it is a problem for me).
