Your teaching technique is superb! Vocabulary is presented in alphabetical order, therefore homonyms and similar sounding words to my American ears are reviewed back to back, very helpful. You are a natural, gifted teacher. Also obviously very talented, it appears to me you also have many Spanish speaking students as well as English speaking students. jia you! I also enjoy and benefit greatly when you make a point to mention the difference in word order, grammar, and as you so adeptly explain... the target / object of the verb in Chinese. I just reviewed this lesson. It was good for me since I’m not enrolled in the 2nd semester if Chinese. I’m doing independent study. I admit I’m not putting in 15 hours a week of study time like I had to previously so this helps. Thank you. It’s hard to keep up the momentum.

One thing I really appreciated was how you translated sentences word for word so we could understand how the sentence is formed in Chinese. It also helped me learn the other words in the sentence. I hope you can do that again if you make similar videos 🙏

As an English teacher living in China, I confess that this is a wonderful video. 2 hours long too. Wow, just WOW! Probably took a hundred or a few hundred hours to make this.
