It's dumb that waiting is an option - gorgons should get 1st hit regardless of the enemy to see its full impact

Thanks for the comment. That is one point of view. At the same time, speed is the most important stat in the game. The fastest units could even kite the Mighty Gorgons so this is kind of a compromise :)
