2 cups of Whole Wheat flour
2 tbs semolina
4 tbs Ghee
salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds
ghee for serving
Coriander leaves
For Dal
1\4 cup Green chilka moong dal
1\4 cup tuardal
1\4 cup red masoor dal
1 onion
1 tomato
1\2 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tbs OIL +1 tbs Ghee
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1 Cinnamon stick
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1\2 tbs Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala

I made bati just following your recipe yesterday and It came out so well. I live in canada as a student where we miss such kind of authentic Indian foods and recipes kudos to all you tubers who help us to make it here.
