Masoor dal - 1/4 Cup
Chana dal - 1/4 Cup
Urad dal - 1/4 Cup
Green moong dal - 1/4 Cup
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Water - till dal dips
FOR TADKA:
Ghee - 2 Tbsp
Oil - 1.5 Tbsp
Ginger - 1/2 Tsp
Green Chilly - 1/2 Tsp
Garlic - 1 Tbsp
Jeera - 1/2 Tsp
Bayleaf - 1
Dry red chilly - 2
Black pepper - 4
Cinnamon - 1 piece
Onion - 1/2 Cup
Tomato - 1 Cup
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 Tsp
Spicy red chilly powder - 1 Tsp
Salt
Garam masala - 2 pinch
Dhaniya jeera powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander
FOR BATI:
Wheat flour - 1.5 cups
Sooji (Rava) - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 3/4 Tsp
Ajwain - 1/4 Tsp
Oil - 7 Tbsp
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Powdered sugar - 1 Tsp
Water
