INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
===== बाफ़ला बाटी =====
आटा - २ कप
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
अजवाइन - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया दाना (दरदरा) - १ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - ४ चम्मच + तलने अनुसार
मीठा सोडा - २ चुटकी
===== दाल =====
मूंग दाल - १/२ कप
चना दाल - १ चम्मच
नमक - १ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/२ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - २ चम्मच
लहसुन - ५ से ७ किलयां
हरी मिर्च - १, कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
जीरा - १ छोटा चम्मच
सूखी लाल मिर्च - १, साबुत
प्याज (मध्यम आकार) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ
धनिया पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)
===== Bafla Bati =====
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Coriander seeds (ground) - 1 tsp
Desi Ghee - 4 table spoon + to fry
Baking Soda - 2 pinch
===== Dal =====
Mung bean (split) - ½ cup
Split Chickpea - 1 table spoon
Salt - 1 + ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ + ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee - 2 table spoon
Garlic - 5 to 7 cloves
Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Dried Red Chilli - 1, whole
Onion (medium size) - 1, finely chopped
Tomato (big size) - 1, finely chopped
Coriander seeds powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
