Trending recipe of sabudana balls

Here is the detailed recipe of sabudana balls:
RECIPE
1. In a bowl take one cup soaked sabudana. add two boiled mashed potatoes,one choped green chili, half tbsp salt, half tbsp coriander powder,half tbsp garam masala ,one tbsp of Kashmiri red mirch, half bowl bread crumbs and coriander leaves.
2. Mix it will.
3. Take small portion of the mixture and make a ball out of it.
4. Dip into slurry ( mixture of cornflour, maida and water).
5. Coat with cornflakes.
6. Fry in medium flame till it turn golden brown color.
7. Your cruncy sabudana balls are ready.

What is sabudana?

They r some white hard balls ⚪ made up of rice(uncooked) and u have to boil them in water to use it in cooking. U can make yummy payasam (a sweet dish made up of a type of dal, some milk 🥛 and Jaggery ) or u can use the recipe to make sabudana balls
