This dish brings back so many memories😌😌. We used to have a maharashtrian neighbour who used to prepare amazing sabudana vadas🤩🤩 .We always loved and enjoyed them a lot but could never make them perfectly at home 😅😅.Now that u have given us the recipe, I will definitely try it out chef❤️❤️
Being a Tamil, I learnt to do Poha and Sabudana Khichdi while living and working in Mumbai ..those were one of the best days of my life...Love both of these dishes. What I understood was the measure of water in both recipes...blanching them first and soaking for the needed time is absolutely essential to get them right...else it can be soggy and ruin the dish. The chef insisting on this particular aspect is heartening as its the key for the best output also....I am yet to try my hands on making sabudana vada...will surely do this way...can't wait to try!
