    These are the best GF burger buns I have had! I made one slight change and mixed the psyllium powder and the water together to make a gel before mixing the dough. Saw this tip from The Loopy Whisk and I think it works better than just adding the psyllium to the dry ingredients.
    Five stars. Writing this recipe in my note book.

    Thank you so much for this recipe, it's perfect! I can enjoy bread and buns again. I have even made garlic bread and each time I make it it's been a success 🎉

    Can I let it rise at room temp and bake it right away, or does it have to be left in the fridge for slow fermentation?

    Hi, saw your recipe today, the bun look so soft. I have a question, the bun no need to rise double in size then bake? Just bake it after shaping? ☺️

    Have u tried all breads without butter and eggs? I can only imagine they make things denser and cakier when we want a bread to be light as possible…? I do know that with ordinary gluten bread purely flour, water and yeast is only required for perfect texture.

    Please recommend the brand of psyllium husk powder that you use. I have tried baking 5 times now with psyllium husk and it always turns out dark brown color.

      Hi, I'm in Canada, so I use organic psyllium husk packaged by Left Coast Organics brand. I also grind this psyllium husk to make powder. No issues with color so far

    What would be the best fat substitution for ghee? Olive oil? I have a dairy allergy but i also get that gluten free recipes can be weirder than most recipes when it comes to subscriptions

    • @glutenfreegastronomist
      @glutenfreegastronomist  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, ghee adds nice buttery flavor, so you might want to look into vegan butter alternatives or use olive oil instead

    Can I substitute flour with millet flour? And how about trying with no sugar in this recipe?
    Kindly give response.
