Omg. These turned out nice fluffy and springy! Only thing I will do next time is bake them in rings so they don't flatten so much. Love this recipe! Thanks you.
Hello :) The printed recipe calls for 2 tbsp of cider vinegar but here you only show 1 tbsp. The written recipe also shows 2 tbsp maple syrup that you don't show here at all. Could you clarify please which version is correct?
Hi, Miss. The bread looks not cooked enough, If I let it cool down the texture will be different or I need to eat right away so it doesn't get hard? Thanks. I really loved the recipe
Quick question…instead of making hamburger buns, could this recipe be used for a cinnamon roll? If I were to cut them a bit smaller, roll out the dough, add maple syrup (or honey) and cinnamon, and then roll up the dough?
Is it possible to use "normal" yeast and make the dough like a normal gluten dough - with 2 step rise? Also i want to use eggs for this - can I subsitute the joghurt wie 2 eggs plus some more liquid? thx for info🙂

My 2nd batch I subbed half the tapioca with almond flour and it turned out great too.
Love the no xanthan gum! 🙌🏼
