Thank you! I came to the Vogue channel and it's video after video of celebs doing skin care and makeup and eating and all sorts of other useless stuff.
Other than Marc Jacobs. Thom Browne is one of my favorite designers. This season, his designs and team created my favorite show. I am proud of American Fashion because of Thom and Marc.
Sorry for my assumption but the interviewer he works for Vogue and must be long enough in the fashion industry hence he should know DO NOT touch the couture piece in making if you're not a haus aterlier 😂
That’s not exactly what it says on the video and that’s not what it means, that’s why you can’t find a definition. The full phrase is ‘tonal muslin beads’, it simply means they’re sequins that match the color (tone) of the muslin - they’re the ivory sequins you can see in the close-up clips of the garment.
Muslin is a type of lightweight and breathable fabric. It's very comfortable to wear. It is also used to make housewares such as curtains and culinary application pieces.
haute couture can be done anywhere as long as you have the tools and knowledge idk why they keep trying to make it a france thing when its all about skill
It would be awesome if he could set up participation stations where visitors could learn and try their hand at certain embroidery or stitches that were used in these designs. I hope this wasn’t a one and done. This could be a jumping off point in to a new way of immersion marketing. Please keep this up. You could even run a YT or social media channel on the “how to” of stitches. I am not suggesting sharing trade secrets but most haute courtier customers know enough to detect quality craftsmanship but they probably couldn’t replicate the stitches themselves.
My moles in My arms MM.... are Planets True and contains a lot of Demons and Angels of Mercy , Snakes, tombstone of Women of Art True , you understand me i do not care about Marylin Manson. Four for the Devil. JAWS
Beautiful unwearable artsy fartsy fantasy costumes for the ultra rich. I guess we need these aspirational designers, l certainly don’t want to wear men’s clothing that looks like it was shrunk in the wash but each to there own.
This is should be the content of Vogue just focusing in just fashion not celebrities and others.. Vogue should highlights the world of fashion

Amazing designer. Amazing couturiers. (So-so host) over 20,000 hours and dozens of couturiers for one suit. Insane.

Does anyone know what "muslin sequins" are? I've tried looking it up and can't find any pictures/definitions.

Beautiful craftsmanship but they arent for us, but for the wealthiest one percent of the world. sigh.
Day 16 of asking to bring Caitriona Balfe on Vogue.
One trick ponny
Inspiré du karako et du caftan algériens
Its a portfolio for a gallery/ museum.. Can't really see women wearing this to an event..or something..
Aha! Kinda perfect unfinished. Aka... No more time to finish it. We bit more than we can chew, so now we have to make a video about it.

Deconstructed garments for a couture show have been shown so many times before. Not really exciting or new
