Thx for sharing the build! not many melee rogues out there these days.. I adapted your build to my cold flurry rogue and it slaps, changed 2 aspects to synergise better with cold imbue and daze xD mostly kept encircling blades cause just cant give it up haha Gotta say i was struggling with single target on pits, but this absolutely slaps, been deleting bosses left and right xD
Although Crit Damage rolls higher, Vulnerable is easier to achieve since there's quite a number of ways to activate it. I'd say go for Vulnerable if you don't have much Crit Chance on your build. But since they are both additive after their respective base multipliers, you can go with whatever rolls higher. I've used Vulnerable just because I wanted to see consistent stuff even though I have quite a decent Crit Chance.
@@pichapao5337 The reason for my confusion is because I have previously seen your D4 planner focusing on critical damage, which has led to my dilemma and decision-making difficulty. I have few items of critical damage, but lack of vulnerable gear at the moment.
@jacnik8847 for this build, it is marginal difference at best. Like I mentioned earlier, after their respective multipliers, they just get added to the ever growing additive damage bucket. The build scales more on Damage to CC. I wouldn't worry about it.
Yes. Puncture mainly to Vuln and reset cooldown as fast as possible especially on bosses. Blended Shadow Imbuement also helps with Vuln and Flurry is there to cast it and maintain Vuln throughout.
Yo was thinking about a simular build and i'm really glad I found your video! Just a quick question don't you think playing poison imbuement (and keeping shadow with mixed augment and volatile shadow aspect ) could be better to melt bigger elite and bosses ? Anyway well done with this build really cool to see off meta enjoyer :)
This build scales off on physical -- and mixed shadow imbuement wouldn't make sense. And in my experience, Poison Imbuement alone won't help against bosses unless you really go full poison scaling. The build shouldn't really have any issues with elites at all. Maybe deeper in the Pit -- although I also do not see this pushing past T110. I also found Volatile Shadow to be unreliable when it comes to bosses. I'm assuming this is being suggested so you can drop the core skill and go with Puncture only? The issue I found is that the only time you'll do significant damage is during stagger -- and without anything to cast shadow imbuement actively, it will be pretty hard to proc Lethal Dusk and activate Opportunist. You could try it -- but I'm not entirely sure if that will be the most optimal way to deal with bosses.
There's a few things going on.. Dark Shroud ranks is a given Flurry is the tankiest of all the core skills due to the healing it provides. Siphoning Strikes (although this is pretty flex as it is only for emergency purposes, Flurry healing can do so well) Resistant Assailant further boosts elemental cap To a certain degree, Dodge Explosive Glyph DR and a lot of DR Nodes from the Paragon Board
unfortunately, the build doesn't benefit much from what we get from Shako damage wise. Mostly it is going to just be the DR. +4 ranks only helps in Dark Shroud extra DR.
@xiuned1507 I've capped my element resistance already (except for Cold which caps whenever I break Concealment; plus Cold probably has the least amount of threat) Although I am still looking to replace one of my rings to have Cold Resistance implicit-- but that's not too important for me
@@pichapao5337 another question : wouldnt crit damage more interesting than vulnerable damage since we only use vulnerable to proc others things in talents and parangon. We are almost at 100% crit chance during a properly set fight, so wouldnt it be more interesting to stack crit damage on weapons and gems instead of vulnerable ?
I'm not sure how that would work. But you can already raise Caltrops duration, and depending on how long it lasts, its final multiplier increases. Good for bosses that doesn't move around too much
Got a lot of damage multipliers in the build. CQC, more ranks to Exploit and Frigid Finesse, Elements, Retribution, Frostbitten, and the Glyphs I used on my Paragon Board are mostly multipliers as well.
@@pichapao5337 dude thats crazy. My english is not so good, so i cant explain what i want to say but, gg. I never think that the damage can be so high. Grenade madman, GG, solid run.

awesome
build trying it now! only level 74 and busting
Great! Just curious, Cri dmg and Vulnerable dmg which one better for this build?

Rare and nice build bro. Respect. Is puncture for evade cooldown and vulnerable, and flurry also for vulnerable?
Yes. Puncture mainly to Vuln and reset cooldown as fast as possible especially on bosses.

Lovely build! Wondering where the majority of your tankyness comes from - is it primarily just from the umbrous aspect?
There's a few things going on..

I see a Beta build in the D4 planner. Is there going to be a final version of that? Only asking because I actually got both the ubers for it. :)

How about the unique ring “Saboteur’s Signet” for this build? Is it good?
Tried it. It was cool, okay, but not great. Damage was underwhelming.
Can you use shaco with the build ? great build btw

Would caltrops being the main source of damage somehow work? Lol
