This was pretty cool, but Titans are also seen in Sonya’s and Shang Tsung’s tower endings; where the former kills one from an unpronounceably named realm to create her “God Squad,” while Shang Tsung appeals to his fellow Titans’ greed, vanity, and fear to manipulate them into serving him. There may be some other endings where Titans are mentioned, but I know Scorpion and the two aforementioned characters have Titans that we clearly see in their endings.

I think its because Hanzo did not mention Quan Chi when he tried to tell his past self to move forward from the past. Which is why in the past Scorpion's ending, he slays titans rather than erasing Quan Chi from existance.
