Thank you so much for your wonderful comment! :)
Brilliant video. Gorgeous accent 👍
Thanks so much Stephen really appreciate it!:)
@@SineadDavies Not a problem. Keep on, keeping on. Enjoy a bit of cooking myself. St Paddy's day tip, Broccoli and Pea soup. Ya didn't hear it from me😁
How much oil do you add?
Butter and powdered sugar.
Yummy! Simple but effective 🤤
PS My Dad and 2 brother's are wizards in the kitchen. I am the lone defective male
With some practice that could all change!🤣
Would you say this is traditional Irish food?
Definitely! :) Made just before Lent begins historically. Of course, lots of variations worldwide but this has been the type of pancake made for many years in this country :)
When you have everything except egg :/
Happens to me ALL the time 🤣🤣
NEVER put oil in the mix. The authentic Irish recipe should only have butter and a light oil in the pan NOT IN THE RECIPE ! SMH
Well each to their own SMH :) thankfully we have different versions of authenticity and recipes handed down from generations ago or cooking would be very boring 👍🏻
Never use Oil !!! And use TWO EGGS NOT ONE, There I fixed this mess for you ! Amateurs !
