Sopot Jazz Festival 2017 - Kasia Pietrzko trio feat. Adam Larson & Troy Roberts

Two of the most sought after young tenor saxophonists in the New York scene, Adam Larson and Troy Roberts, performing with the wonderful Kasia Pietrzko trio (Andrzej Święs/ db, Piotr Maria Budniak/ dr) - and going head-to-head in a classic, good-spirited tenor "battle".
Kasia Pietrzko - Student at the Instrumental Department of the Krakow Academy of Music, studying jazz piano. In the opinion of outstanding Polish jazz musicians, her playing is characterized by a keen sense for improvisation, harmonic imagination and tonal creativity.
Additionally, she has just received a Fryderyk Award nomination for the "Phonographic Debut of The Year" of 2017.
