My experience from decades of doing bodywork with clients healing from abuse and trauma
Is that making peace with their anger, rather than denying or trying to get rid of anger, was what enables them to unhook and find harmonic resolution in their bodies.
For many who as children that were violated, anger is actually the emotion or energy they needed that was missing and healed them.
Also emotions have layers.. so by meeting anger, we might discover it is masking grief, for example.
The spiritual community has created this hierarchy around emotions. Rather than focus on authenticity, and the practice of finding the "sacred witness" within that can allow and observe thoughts and emotions.
So much of healing in bodywork was empowering the person to feel an emotion that was stuck in the body and also creating an energetic cord to the event or experience that lead to emotion and was draining their life force energy.
    Thank you for addressing this!!
We are human and powerful creators and our emotions are part of the power fueling creation. In our wounded society, developing emotionally psychologically is so key. And who better to lead the way then EMPATHS!

Hello Vital, I know I get upset about things……But, I give myself 24 hours then I ask GOD for forgiveness and I then forgive that person. After that I move on and I am done. I cannot allow people to keep me in DEFEND Mode. I know from past experience it’s not healthy. Thanks for the information🙏🏼♥️
