This is a drill to help you with your active mobility (eventually leading to better compression) so you are able to get your hips above your shoulders in the press. One thing at a time 😉 we do have quite a few press handstand workouts in our online program if you’ve already got your press ✌️

It's funny how there are male and female tutorials for the same things and they are so different
We use this handstand mobility drill for both our male and female athletes. Active mobility is important no matter what your gender ✌️🙏
