- We would love to have you join us! If you don't have a vintage camper that's ok you can come as a spectator! This event is one of the biggest draws to the park this time of year! Have a vintage (pre-1980) camper/trailer and wish to join us? visit the Friends of Spring Mill Facebook page and send them a message expressing your interest! The rally is usually the third weekend in August!

It is one of my favorite weekends of the whole year. There is one at Clifty Falls SP in June that I really enjoy as well.
We would like to do a few more this year but it will be hard to top this one for sure!
Love all your work! I used to live in Indy but in Minnesota now. We would love to attend a future rally with our 1965 Silver Streak when we finish it. We used to also have a 78 westfalia. The VW cake baking video was hilarious. Really a shame you were criticized to even make the video but it was hilarious and brilliant as usual.

One year at Floydfest I saw a converted 1956 Chevrolet School Bus with hand built knotty pine interior, including the emergency exit door. Should have taken pictures.
And at a local car show back when Tryon hosted a major BBQ festival, someone brought a 1937 Pierce Arrow camper. Pierce had tried to branch out in an unsuccessful attempt to stave off bankruptcy.
bet THAT was epic...there is so much creativity out there it's really fun to see what folks will come up with!

Well, I'm back and hopefully for a LONG LONG TIME! I started a business and a whole bunch of new other life adventures and just simply couldn't keep up with the uploads! And until recently we did NOT have high speed internet, but that changed a few months ago and I'm BACK!
