I find your videos to be the most realistic, informative, natural, and hopeful of any others I have watched, so thank you! @ImaneBelle  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there! 💕 I'm really thrilled to read your comment! The red LED device is great because it stimulates cell growth and increases blood flow, both important for healthy hair growth. I like combining this with a 1.5mm dermaroller from my own brand, BIA (thereisbia.com/), to further stimulate the scalp. This, along with massaging super roots hair oil (rich in rosemary oil) into my scalp, forms my natural and holistic approach to fighting hair loss. Remember, everyone is unique! This has worked for me and could be worth a try for you too!

    Hi Imane I’m excited to begin my journey with bia products! I am wondering what your recommendation are in terms of maintaining a consistent routine while working out? Do you recommend derma rolling before an intense workout? How do you approach a hair wash routine if you workout often?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, it’s great to hear about your journey with Bia products! 🥳 Here's what I’d recommend for a workout-friendly hair care routine. Ideally, I’d suggest derma rolling on a rest day - it gives your scalp time to heal & absorb the nutrients from the Super Roots Hair Oil. If you’re into sweaty workouts, it’s a great idea to rinse your hair with water post-workout and apply the oil right after. For a deep cleanse, you can wash your hair with a mild, natural shampoo twice a week. You’ll keep your hair strong, shiny & shedding-free on this routine. 💪💚

    I am loosing only 30 hairs a day. Im counting every time I wash it. And I don't brush it between washes.

    Bonjour Imane 🙂
    First of all, i would like to express my compassion to you and all the women struggling with hair loss. I am not being sexist but losing hair for a woman is sooooo traumatic, it really is the essence of our beauty. Congratulations for your perseverance and what you have achieved. I will try some of your products.
    The only things i will try differently or add : 1/ I read that the derma stamper is more precise and causes less injury than derma roller, even if it takes more time 2/ people should also check their vitamin D3 levels (i just started a cure) 3/ for the DHT blocking products, i am still reluctant to try because I don't know yet if it could have an effect on fertility

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Bonjour Imane! 🌸 Thanks a ton for connecting and I just love your proactive approach! I'm beyond thrilled to try the derma stamper, you're right, the preciseness does sound appealing. You make an excellent point about keeping tabs on vitamin D3 levels too. As for DHT blockers, my philosophy is more about nourishing, less about blocking. Perhaps give my super roots oil from Bia a whirl, it has natural DHT blocking capabilities thanks to Rosemary Oil, no harsh chemicals or unknowns. Always be sure to consult with your healthcare provider when it comes to fertility concerns! Wishing you continued success on your hair regrowth journey. 💪💖

    Hi Imane! Thank you so much for sharing. I did a modified 5 day hair wash test at home to try and determine wether my hair loss was androgenetic but I only had 10% vellus hairs, which means DHT is probably not my main concern. Still, the majority of the hair I shed is between 5 and 10 cm long, even though my hair is bra strap length. I cannot find any literature on that but I find it odd.
    I am still waiting for my derm. appointment….
    Did you have androgenetic alopecia diagnosed and would you share the length of the strands you were shedding?

      Hi there, dearest! Thank you for sharing your journey with me 😊. I can understand how mysterious these hair issues can feel, and trust me, I've been there! To answer your question, yes, I was diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia. The strands I shed varied in length but, just like you, most were far shorter than my overall hair length! How intriguing, isn't it? I can see you're waiting for a dermatologist appointment - that's great! In the meantime, I've found holistic approach like regular scalp massages with my super roots hair oil (available at thereisbia.com/), work wonders. Stay strong, love! 💕

    Hey Imane, thanks a lot for the great content as usual. I ordered the BIA roller a while ago but I have not yet used it because I am scared of getting a scalp infection (this is what dermatologists have also told me they've seen happen from people who have tried it themselves). Do you have any content that helps ensure people use the device safely, and also what to do if their scalp is sensitive to it (like reduce needle length)? Second question - if we wash our hair 24-72 hours after dermarolling, that means we should wait about 1-2 days to oil our scalp/hair after dermarolling, correct? Thirdly, I see in the section about supplements, you also show bottles of fenugreek and licorice root - do you take these as well? Thanks!

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi gorgeous!🌸 I totally got your concerns. Fear not, I have a video showing exactly how to dermaroll safely, starting off slow with a less intense 1.5mm needle length is a great option for sensitive scalps. Hygiene is crucial, so ensure your BIA roller is thoroughly cleaned before and after each use. As for your second question, you've got it right! Give your scalp some time to recover before applying oil, a 1-2 day window works perfectly. Lastly, yes! I incorporate fenugreek and licorice root into my routine, they pack some scientifically proven benefits for hair health 😊 I'll cover it in more detail in an upcoming video. Wishing you heaps of hair happiness with your BIA journey. 💕

      Hi there! 💁🏼‍♀️ Typically with androgenic alopecia, about 10-20% of the hair is in the anagen (growth) phase. But don't panic! Hair shedding can seem scary, but it's totally normal to shed about 50-100 hairs per day.
      Congrats on your engagement and upcoming wedding! Stress and rapid weight loss can sometimes trigger temporary hair loss. Don't fret, continue your doctor's advice on vitamin and iron supplements. It's fantastic you're already using rosemary oil which is great for stimulation.
      Given your concerns, you may want to consider trying my [Super Roots Hair Oil](thereisbia.com/) that contains rosemary oil, amongst other natural goodies. I had to go on oral minox - wouldn’t work for me, just kept having clumps and clumps in the shower (as well as part-line widening). PCOS hair loss 😢

      Hey lovely, I'm really sorry you're dealing with this 😢. PCOS hair loss can be tough. I've seen similar issues myself, but found success with a more natural route. 🌱 Have you considered trying something like Super Roots hair oil? It's got Rosemary Oil; widely respected for stimulating hair follicles.
      And it seems scary but a 1.5mm dermaroller can work wonders - it did for me! They encourage healing in the scalp and help nutrients from hair oils penetrate deeper. You can find both these items on my website thereisbia.com. Take it one day at a time. You're not alone! 💚

      Do you get more shedding on oral minoxidil?

      @@lyching5709 not at the moment for me to be honest, I think it’s decreased a bit (early days) as I have stress related hair loss which minoxidil can help with. I have heard it can cause initial hair loss (but only for a couple of months I think)

    There’s this new thing which is minoxidil combined with natural ingredients so the side effects are less (no itching/irritation/headaches) would you try this?

      Hey there! 🌸 I totally understand your search for solutions with fewer side effects. From my own journey, I've been focusing more on natural, holistic paths to promoting hair health. While minoxidil can be effective, it didn't pair well with my natural hair care philosophy. Instead, I've had great success with super roots hair oil infused with rosemary oil-nature's gift to us! And, of course, a 1.5mm dermaroller has been my bestie in stimulating natural hair growth. You know, I started my brand, Bia (thereisbia.com/), mainly to share products that have truly worked for me. Happy hair growth journey to you! 💖

    I thought you advised not to oil your hair after micro needling- wait 24 hours?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hey there! 🌟 You're absolutely right-it's recommended to wait 24 hours after microneedling before applying oils to your scalp. This allows the tiny channels created by the dermaroller to close up a bit, ensuring you get the most benefit without risking irritation. Thanks for bringing this up, it's such an important step! How's your hair growth journey going so far? Feel free to share, I love hearing your stories! 💖

      @@ImaneBelle thanks so much for your reply 😊♥️. I just wanted to make sure I was following your recommendations to the tee! I’ve only just started using your oil (it’s beautiful) and micro needling, so early days for me but I’m really hopeful after watching your videos- thank you. I’m going to invest in some supplements now which I’m hoping will help too x
