  • what are hair loss treatment for women? Hair loss in women affects so many and in this video I talk about my female hair loss journey and tips on how I beat hair loss as well as tips on hair loss. I talk about the causes of hair loss and how hair loss women can occur. I show you about my hair loss before and after as well as my hair loss experience.
I wanted to make this video on my hair loss journey because its something I’ve struggled with for years and I know how distressing and stressful losing your hair can be, so 1. You are not alone and 2. I hope to share my journey so that it may help people suffering. I'll be sharing with you how I began to lose my hair and the journey to beating it and growing it back. My journey isn't over and my hair isn’t back to normal or perfect, but I am at stage where I feel comfortable about sharing. I've spent the last few years doing my research and understanding the science so i'm going to be sharing what I learnt and how I incorporated this into my life. I will show you hair loss treatments for women at home.

Just thought to add a disclaimer that only women should take iron, men should get a blood test before taking it as iron overload is very dangerous and men aren't usually low in iron.
Also for women low in iron, look for a good supplement that has B6 and B12 (with Methylcobalamin not Cyanocobalamin, the latter is the synthetic form that our body cannot process). Basically B12 enables the iron to work and create more blood. Many people low in iron (like myself) will only see results when adding B6 & B12 to their iron supplementation. Moreover take iron on an empty stomach (2 hrs after food, or 2 hours before food) with orange juice, or lemon water, or a vit C (most iron supplements contain vitamin C) for max absorption.

aww hunny dont worry, the good news is that your hair will bounce back as you are still young and it will take a bit of time but it will grow back. Lesson learnt on the bleach - better alternatives for hair dyes. Eating good, massaging and oiling your hair will help it grow quicker. x

    • @bluecurlygirl
      @bluecurlygirl 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

Try olaplex for your hair after bleaching. It will strengthen the hair. After that get some blood tests done. It could be puberty and low iron causing it. Don't worry about it too much (I know that's easier said than done) but you are very young and I'm sure you'll get it sorted. Sending you big hugs. I suffer from hair loss myself and I know how soul destroying it is to see all your lovely hair in the drain. I hope you get sorted soon

@@snehhaaaa hey, I saw your notification. I recently went to a dermatologist with a specialization in trichology but I was really really skeptical at first, because before her I already went to many other “normal” dermatologists (7 at least) and all of them gave me hope but at the end they couldn’t find out the cause of the hair loss. The new doctor has a lot of experience, she asked me for blood exams and accurately visited my scalp, exactly like the others. Then she gave me some products that she thought were right for my situation and things are slowly going better. So my advice, if you haven’t done it yet, is to have a visit with a really experienced doctor. I know it can sound very stupid (I’d have thought the same 2 months ago) but actually not many doctors are experienced in the scalp and hair and I realized this looking back at the advices the firsts dermatologists gave me. I’m dealing with it since I was 14/15 and I damn know how much it hurts emotionally and I really hope this can be helpful ❤️ stay strong you’re not alone 👭💪🏽❤️

A few months after I had my daughter I'm not kidding I lost about half of my hair. All the research I did said that it's usually a temporary thing, but unfortunately some women never get their pre pregnancy hair back. I'm one of those women. im only 15, but ive lost i think almost 1/3 of my hair. I used to have very thick and a lot of hair, but over the last two years ive lost most of it. I used to have long, beautiful hair, but i cut it every short to try to prevent hair loss, but it hasn't helped at all. I think i lose up to 50 strands a day. Even when i do normal things like, working out, cooking, doing what ever, i can literally see my hair fall onto the table, floor, yoga mat, etc. Especially when I shower, at least 20 strands of hair comes out,

You are supposed to lose about 100 strands a day, this type of hair loss is totally normal and healthy :)

Please go and see a trichologist or a dermatologist near you. Your hair will definitely grow back soon. Don't worry just act as early as possible. The early you see a doctor the more hair you can regrow again on your head!! Don't try out things on your own consult your doctor before trying anything and use a sulphate free shampoo ask your doctor to suggest you a sulphate and paraben free shampoo. Don't forget YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. Take care dear.

I went to a dermatologist and was told I had Telogen Effluvium, but honestly I think it’s female pattern baldness. I shaved my head after I lost so much hair. Hi, I suffer huge hair loss after I stop minoxidil for 4 months.
Now, I gain my regrowth hair extensively, what I did :
      - I made my hair cut until bald for 3 times, interval 3 weeks each. The aim to get new thick hair.
      - then once every 2 days before washing my hair, I applied 4 drops rosemary oil + candlenut oil to all my scalp. After 3 months, I get miracle.
      - I used steroid coffee oil the brand is muskrat
My advise, dont use chemicals to your hair. Your hair fall will be more massive than before if you stop using it.

      in life.
I understand how difficult it can be to fight female hair loss naturally. I'm a woman who has experienced it myself, and I can tell you that it can be done! I used a holistic approach to naturally regrow my hair, and it worked wonders.
I believe that a combination of science and natural remedies can be a powerful tool to help us fight female hair loss. I would recommend things like 1.5mm dermarollers, which can help stimulate the scalp and promote hair growth. Also, there are a number of natural remedies that are known to help, such as rosemary, peppermint, and lavender, which can be used in the form of oils or shampoos.
If you're looking for products specifically to help with female hair loss, I highly recommend checking out www.thereisbia.com. They have a variety of natural products to help fight female hair loss, as well as products to help with other aspects of hair care.
I hope this helps! Wishing you the best of luck on your journey to healthier hair.

Thank you so much for this video (fyi, hard to hear your voice over the music) I am 53 and started to see my hair thinning at about 32 years old. Growing up I had so much hair I didn't even know what to do with it. I have very curly hair and most people thought it was really thick, however, my hair was a finer medium thickness but the density was phenomenal. My hair REALLY started to show its thinning at 42 years old. Over the last few years I have been reduced to having to wear my hair in a men's 70's comb over. It's super embarrassing and much like Imane in this video, I think everyone I speak to is staring at my scalp. My hormones are fine, blood work is totally normal. So yes, it's female pattern baldness and most likely genetic. I tried Rogaine for women, Rogaine for men and even the Kiierr Laser Cap. I've invested years...talk about being patient. NOTHING works. I have just purchased all the supplements this video recommends & pray that there is some light at the end of this darkened tunnel. BTW, if you use Rosemary Essential Oil on your scalp, be sure to use it with a carrier oil (olive oil, coconut oil, jojoba etc) or you will burn your scalp. I already have a derma-roller for treating a hypertrophic scar, so I will try that on my scalp as well. I have heard from dermatologists that the use of one can work. I am also waiting for an all natural Ayurvedic hair treatment to arrive from an ETSY seller: www.etsy.com/listing/940193477/alopecia-combo-bundle-ayurvedic-hair?ref=shop_home_feat_1&frs=1&bes=1 I will start that treatment once it arrives. So thankful for this video. I’ve always had people judging me because of my hair. There were people that made fun of me which affected me a lot emotionally. I had pledged not marrying anyone because of my insecurities due to my hair. Haven’t tried yet but means a lot and definitely start trying 🙏🙏

im 14 and know how draining it is to go trough hair loss at this age:( i have many areas of thinning, bald spots, etc. consult a dermatologist before taking my advice, but these are some tips that have helped me:
      -PRP injections
      -Jamaican black castor oil
      -Rosemary oil or water
-Don’t brush hair when it’s wet
      -Take colder showers
-Limit putting your hair in ponytails/braids/buns etc.
      -Supplements: B12, iron, viviscal, D3, B-complex
-Add collagen powder to any of your drinks once a day
-Apply root touch up sprays to cover up any obvious areas of hair fall until you see improvement !!
I wish you the best of luck

Girls if you reach and maintain a healthy weight you can get rid of DHT problem to a large extent. Also normal sleep hours, reduce stress for lower cortisol levels. If you drink too much tea/coffee it might be interfering with your iron absorption due to chelation. Reduce caffeine intake and take a multivitamin daily. Some other things that might help are minoxidil 2-5% and PRP injections to the scalp but you'd need to continue those forever.

Thank you! With the minoxidil, did you have a lot of shed at first? That’s my fear as well it changing my hair’s texture. Also, if I get pregnant. Hmm. So on the fence. Definitely think it’s mainly cortisol issues, as I’m thin. Gotta cut down on the coffee! Ughh 🤔😫

@@PandaA-cv3mm I used minoxidil and it made my hair loss worse. I certainly wouldn't recommend it. Also, if the hair loss is caused by a deficiency or by thyroid issues then the minoxidil won't do anything for it.

DONT USE MINOXIDIL. My hair was okay. It wasn’t great but at least it was okay. After minoxidil my hair fell out. It’s been a year and it has not come back. It makes me depressed. I should have never used minoxidil.
