    Drinking plenty of water every day, my hair feels nourished and stronger. Staying hydrated plays a role in hair density. I also combined this with application of liittlleextra cocoonian hair oil shampoo combo. This did wonders and the amount of hair I lost decreased by 90 percent.

      I recently tried this Cocooonionn Hairfall Control Shampoo. My hair is feeling healthier and I no longer find hair everywhere. It’s sulfate-free but lathers extremely well, and you just need a tiny bit and it cleans your scalp thoroughly. It smells pleasant and adds a healthy shine to your hair. I highly recommend it for those in need of effective hair fall control.

    My honest hair growth journey: prioritize sleep, maintain scalp cleanliness, shampoo less and hydrate more, get regular trims, comb hair daily, and use liitlllextrra serum of reactivate daily. It includes rosemary and other helpful ingredients that consistently promote the growth of fresh baby hairs.

I’ve found that focusing on natural and holistic approaches, like prioritizing sleep and scalp cleanliness, can make a huge difference.🌿 For me, using a dermaroller (1.5mm) along with Super Roots Hair Oil, which contains rosemary, has worked wonders. I use straight rosemary oil and put one dropper full in to extra virgin olive oil. I also put peppermint oil in it. Then I rib it in then cover it with a shower cap and a towel. I leave it on for an hour then shampoo it. I do this one time a week. My hair grows about 2 1/2 inches a month. Normal hair growth is about an inch a month. Make sure you don't have a vitamin D deficiency. Lots of people have that deficiency and it causes severe hair problems.

      Hi there, your routine sounds amazing! 😊 It looks like you've found a wonderful balance with rosemary and peppermint oils. I totally swear by rosemary oil too! In fact, my super roots hair oil from Bia (thereisbia.com/) contains rosemary oil, along with some other fantastic natural ingredients. Using a 1.5mm dermaroller can also stimulate hair growth by boosting blood circulation. Don't forget to check your Vitamin D levels too, as you rightly mentioned, it's crucial for healthy hair. Keep on nourishing your hair and continue on this natural, holistic journey! All the best! 💚

      You are correct!! Due to my health and planets decline I went vegan, that led to no more sugars except fruit, no grains ( I get sick eating them). My hair started to grow. I'm 61 and its grown easy five inches over a couple of years. Strange thing is that my original color is growing back in places. I was solid tones of grey. I do use argan oil on my hair from my ears down. I'm shocked. I did not expect this to happen. But i plan on adding rosemary to my hair to.

    does hair fall out when you STOP using rosemary?

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there!
      I understand your concern about the potential for hair loss when stopping the use of rosemary. I have experienced this myself when I stopped using it as natural remedy.
      I have been fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically for many years, and have found that the best way to combat hair loss is to find the root cause. Depending on the cause, there are many natural remedies that can help stimulate hair growth. For example, research has shown that rosemary oil can help improve hair growth and increase hair thickness.
      In addition to natural remedies, I highly recommend using a 1.5mm dermaroller to stimulate hair growth. This is a simple and effective way to get your scalp ready for natural treatments.
      Finally, I recommend checking out my website, www.thereisbia.com, for natural products that can help support hair growth.
      I hope this helps! Best of luck on your journey.

      You can use it in combination with castor oil and other essential oils.
      Ah, rosehip oil! I'm so glad you brought that up - I'm a big advocate of using natural remedies and oils to help fight female hair loss. Rosehip oil is one of the best natural remedies out there because of its high concentrations of Vitamin A and C. These vitamins help nourish and strengthen weakened hair follicles, giving them the necessary nutrients to grow healthy and strong. Plus, the oil also helps to reduce inflammation, which is an important part of fighting hair loss.
      I personally use a combination of rosehip oil and castor oil in my daily hair care routine. I also use a 1.5mm dermaroller once a week to stimulate hair growth. It's a great natural way to stimulate the scalp and get the follicles working.
      If you're interested in trying out these natural remedies, you can find them on my website, www.thereisbia.com. We specialize in using natural remedies and products to fight female hair loss, so definitely check us out if you're looking for more information!

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for reaching out! I understand that grey hair can be concerning. While there are many products available over-the-counter, I'm a big believer in natural remedies and holistic approaches to hair care.
      To address your grey hair, I'd suggest looking into essential oils. Many essential oils, such as rosemary and lavender, have been used for centuries to promote hair growth and reduce the appearance of grey hair. While there isn't any scientific evidence to support this, many people have experienced great results.
      I'd also recommend using a derma roller with a 1.5mm needle size. This helps to stimulate the scalp and promote healthy hair growth.
      Finally, don't forget the basics: a balanced diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep can all help to reduce the appearance of grey hair.
      If you're looking for natural hair care products, you can check out our selection at www.thereisbia.com. We have a variety of natural products specifically designed to promote healthy hair growth.

      Yes, Nature's Spell Rosemary Oil Cineole is a great choice! It is a powerful natural oil that can help to combat hair loss, especially in women. Studies have shown that it can help to reduce androgenic alopecia, the most common type of female hair loss. Research also suggests that it can improve blood circulation to the scalp, which can help to promote healthy hair growth. It's also rich in antioxidants, so it can help to protect your hair from damage. I personally have used this oil with great success in my own fight against female hair loss, and I highly recommend it to others.
      If you're looking for a natural, holistic solution to female hair loss, I also recommend using a 1.5mm dermaroller, combined with a natural serum like the ones from thereisbia.com. Hey there!
      I totally understand your concern about making your hair greasy. I have faced hair loss myself and experimented with many natural remedies to tackle it. From my experience, I can tell you that rosemary oil is a great option to combat hair loss. However, when it comes to making your hair greasy, you can use less of the oil or mix it with a light oil such as jojoba oil. I also recommend using a 1.5mm dermaroller for a natural and holistic approach to hair loss. Dermarollers help promote blood circulation and activates dormant hair follicles which can help reduce hair loss.
      At the same time, I also recommend using the natural products from www.thereisbia.com. They are specifically designed to help fight female hair loss and address other scalp issues. Hope this helps!

    Can somebody let me know if rosemary oil is snake oil or legit? What exactly is the mechanism of action???!!!😢😢😢

      @ImaneBelle  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey there! 😊 First off, I totally get your frustration. Don't worry, you're not alone in this! I must say, nature is full of wonders and rosemary oil is no snake oil-it's been shown to help stimulate hair growth.🌿 According to research, it does this by invigorating blood flow to the scalp. I personally incorporated it in my Super Roots Hair Oil (you can find it on thereisbia.com/). And also, a 1.5mm Dermaroller is a great tool, as it stimulates the scalp further. Keep fighting the fight! 💪

      I understand why you would ask that question! I've been fighting female hair loss naturally and holistically for years, and I've learned that the quality of the oil really matters. That's why I've created my own line of natural oils, specifically designed to help women protect and nourish their hair. My oils are made with scientifically-backed ingredients and I'm so proud of the results women have seen when they use them. Plus, a 1.5mm dermaroller is a great way to naturally stimulate hair growth and can be used in conjunction with the oils for maximum benefit. I hope you'll give my products a try and experience the difference for yourself - you won't regret it!

      Hey there! ✨ I totally get your struggles with hair loss, trust me, I've been there. For me, natural remedies outperformed OTC drugs, anyday. Have you considered things like the super roots hair oil we discuss on the channel? 🌿 The rosemary oil in it is known to have some promising benefits for hair health. Pair that with consistent use of a 1.5mm dermaroller and you may see some improvement (it worked wonders for me!). And hey, check out my brand, BIA at thereisbia.com/ . My heart is now completely broken. I have been oiling my hair every second day for ten months and now every day for almost 2 months. Investing my time , money and mental well being . What is rosemary officinalinalis - Limonene Linalooi? It’s the Soil brand from South Africa. I have seen a bit of improvement but not a lot. I take supplements and eat a very healthy diet. Rich in selenium, zinc, magnesium,copper . I do vit D3,K2 and slow release vit C. I am lost now. Please advise 🥹

      Hey lovely 🥰, finding out if your Miele & Camille Rose products contain cineole can be a bit tricky but I can help! Usually, the ingredient list would mention if rosemary oil type is cineole. If it’s not listed, reaching out to the brand's customer service might be beneficial. 😊 Now, as someone who believes in naturally combating hair loss, I highly recommend my super roots hair oil from Bia! It contains rosemary oil, which has proven benefits for hair health. Also, a 1.5mm dermaroller can be great for promoting hair growth by boosting blood circulation. All about those holistic strategies here! 💁‍♀️✨ Make sure to check out thereisbia.com/ for more info!
