Seems good, hope you guys reduced db on fan noise. At maximum it can reach 60db and laptop start vibrating of noise.
I love my current Acer Predator, but have been looking to get a major upgrade. So because of that, I'm looking into this, but the main issues I have with my laptop is that the fans can get pretty loud and it doesn't handle heat as well. So as long as both of those are fixed, I'll gladly upgrade to this model.

The TGP of the 4080 model is 150w + 25w with dynamic boost
i love my predator 17 with i7 and 1060 now its time to upgrade. i did not had any problem in 5 years. I will upgrade to Predator 18 4080. cant wait

As long as the 18" has a HDR capable display option with G-Sync (Alienware M18 does not have HDR, only a paltry 300 nits), I am very interested.
That said, completely baffled as to why no 4090 option in the 18" model.

hi everyone!, I just recently bought this model - Predator Helios 16 - PH16-71-72B , i know its been a year already since its already year 2024 , but this is my very first Predator Gaming Laptop, for its specs, value, design, and price i think its very competitive among other brands out there, and i love its looks its pure awesomeness! i love it! , it has a unique feature of 240hz screen refresh rate, aluminum body, and keypads colors can be separately modified

I've been waiting to upgrade my old Helios for years now... Every time predator comes out with the new looptop they never have enough to sell with the specs that would be an upgrader to my current predator. I'm always checking their site and I always miss out on it. I have fear it will happen again. I can't take this anymore...

So many options! Legion 5i pro, zephyrus M16, now Helios 16! Which to buy...
Acer is my favorite brand, we need more type c port with pd charching support. If the prices get little bit lower for the 16 inch it will be the bestseller.

Acer please do 23-24" 16:10 laptop with ultimate cooling, motherboard (with high end PC board standards), symmetrical 4.2 sound, 2 or at least 1 SATA hot swap bay, UHS-II card slot, adequate count of ports (at least 4 USB type-A and type-C), separate headset and mic ports and etc.
I'm asking you, because you've made 21X and this could be more down to earth and modern version of it.
does the new displays has HDR support?
Would be much better if you can improve after sales service in India.
Got my Helios 300 chipset malfunctioning and no one can repair it in a T1 state.
I'm very hyped for these new 13th gen laptops, the only thing I'm concerned about is cooling, design, and price. i don't want these to be thin and have shit cooling like the Alienware x17 r2, but I also don't want to be as overpriced with less performance than the competition like razer Blade 17. In my opinion the msi ge76 raider (Specifically the 12uhs) was the best laptop of 2022 it had great performance, excellent cooling, the msi center which was a great software, it also had a reasonable price to it. The only problem the laptop had was it's availability but overall it is great desktop replacement if you're on the go and can't your pc with you, in my opinion of course.

So... It's been 2 months and we still don't have detailed tech specs for these??
Guys why there no more helios predator 700 format models with a sliding keyboard on the top?! I have it , it has a great cooling system. Why you stopped making( produce) them? My rtx 2070 super model max temps 65° C and a 10th gen cpu 75°C on my thermal grizzly paste not even a liquid metal so it's a great design for aerocooling, why there no more 700s model?
As a Predator fan I probably will buy this one also after my Helios 500 2022 model.
Still the new Asus laptop 16 and 18 are als a good competitor. Both wonderfull new laptops!

I saw your laptops that will come in 2023 and I especially liked the predator helios model. The feature I liked most was the 18 inch mini led 1000nit 2k screen. But unfortunately acer and all brands have passed their laptops released in 2022 to the turkey market too long. Acer nitro 5 series was launched in 2022, while it was launched almost together with the date it was released to Europe, it took 2022 December for the hunter helios series laptop to look into the turkey market. I don't want it to be that way again this year. Please enter your 2023 model helios model that will be released to Turkey at the same time as all of Europe so that we can buy it, especially your 18 inch 2k mini led 1000 nits model. thanks
