In Ontario, if you study for a 2-yr diploma in a public college, you can receive course credits in the future when attending an Ontario university for a Bachelor degree. A 1+1 program won't work.

Just wanted to know that if we take second course after 1st sem, do we need to pay domestic fees or international fees?
U just need to pay the fees mentioned on your second offer letter. That also needs to be paid semester by semester. To secure your seat for your second course they ask for an initial deposit of around $2000-2300 and rest of the first semester fees before the semester begins.

No new Ielts needed for taking second course in Canada. For having offer letter in second course you need transcripts of your first semester of first course and a old ielts scored even if it's expired

First they will ask around $2000 to secure your seat. Then you have time to pay the first semester before it starts. Fees for the second semester will be paid at the end of the first semester.

Hello sir, I took 1+1 yr program in Sheridan in Jan23 and my agent told me that 2nd program will start in Jan24 but college is starting it in sep23 but I wanted break to collect my fees and want to start in Jan24. If you have an offer letter of your second course and you receive your program completion letter from your first course then you are eligible to work full time during 4 months study break.

If you already got your visa for Jan intake but do not come to canada. Then College might cancel your admission and your study visa might be cancelled. Then you again have to apply for a study visa for May intake.

Hello, I’m supposed to start school at canadore college 5th September, but I got my travel documents back from the embassy quite late, and I didn’t get any flight that won’t require a transit visa until 19th of august(transit visa might take a month or more). I planned to send a mail to the school with my visa and ticket as evidence, also to inform them that I’ll be taking my course online for the 2 weeks I’ll miss. Do you think it’ll be a problem please? I’m quite worried.

It's normal, there won't be any issues on your study permit + pgwp. Whenever you will be traveling just carry your all supportive documents with you. Example- class schedule, fee receipt, and also if college replies to your request mail that too.

As right now I am studying in Ontario with 1 year program ( Sep 2023 to April 2024 ) and I wanna get a summer break and wanna start next course in Alberta from next September 2024 to April 2025 …. I know I can change the province, college but the catch is my study permit expire on the same day of course expire which is 30 April 2024 so if I apply my study permit extension with next September 2024 offer letter ….

Hello, Could you please confirm that for the 2nd course IELTS is also not required by the college also for admission to the 2nd course… I ll be comming for Jan 2024 intake and my ielts ll expire next month.. so in this case I don’t need to reappear for IELTS AGAIN FOR ADMISSION PROCESS OF COLLEGE ( I mean does college not demand new IELTS, if our IELTS gets expired before applying to the 2nd course) …?
For your second course, You don't need to undergo any new IELTS exam. It's not Mandatory. IELTS score is only required when you have to get your visa for the first time from India🇮🇳. Once you land here in Canada 🇨🇦. You don't need to give IELTS exam for your second course.
Your previous IELTS score even it's expired is valid to have your second course..

Hello brother..i came in canada with 2 year programme...but after this semester i am planning to change course to 1 year diploma in ontario and another one year in any other province...and i came here just after my plus two...is there is any problem...or do i need to just change dli when i am taking my second 1 year programme in another college and just extend study permit after it expiries in 2025 september

For your first course, if you are changing college then you need to change DLI, for your second course you don't need to change DLI, you need to extend your study permit only
