I put my shortness of breath down to age or being unfit . But I’ve lost 4 stone an enjoy walks . I can get out of breath when having a conversation. Am a non smoker an eat healthy x
Amazing, yes I've been experiencing this, I eat well, exercise and do yoga and meditation, but the dreaded anxiety has been causing all sorts of symptoms, including my head zapping sometimes, I think that might be because I clench my jaw, thank you once again for knowing just what I'm experiencing 😊😊, take care ladies xx
I have had a hormonal imbalance all my life causing severe PMS acne depression a bad perimenopause now and I'm beginning to wonder if the hormonal imbalance was responsible for my decreased lung function that the doctor's seem to take no notice of and I chalked down to allergies though my lungs are always clear in X-rays as I don't smoke. I've been panting all my life and barely able to get air perfectly healthy and slim I've always had 50% lung function apparently I'm not asthmatic I never got to the bottom of it and I've been complaining about it for years to doctors between the ages of 30 and 40 I've often have to stop going up a set of steps to get some air
Hey! I love and appreciate your videos so much. I just wanted to know your opinion on the mushroom coffee from the company “ Ryze”. I am going through menopause and would like to know if this is a safe alternative instead of coffee. I have anxiety and regular coffee triggers the symptoms, so I would like to hear your take on this .
Hi Diana Great to hear that you love the vlogs, thank you! I've not tried mushroom coffee but there is so much research at the moment on the health benefits of mushrooms so it is worth trying. Maybe use for a month then review things, if you feel better then just continue with it. Best Wishes Eileen
Yes, sinus issues are quite common and often due to the mucus membranes drying. You both may find a Sea Buckthorn Oil supplement helpful, add in a garlic capsule and remember to drink lots of plain water daily. Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Gemma Sea Buckthorn is a capsule you can get to take on a daily basis, it is a common supplement so you should get it from your local heath store or online
Hi Eileen, since two months i am losing my hair rapidly. I am 53 and ging through perimenopuse. My regular health check report is perfect. Could the hair loss be a menopausal thing?
Hi Although hair loss is common in the menopause, if you're losing it quickly, this could indicate other health issues such as vitamin D or B12 deficiency, underactive thyroid or anaemia. It is wise to ask your doctor to test for these first just to rule them out. Best Wishes Eileen
Yes, I experienced this off and on last year but it has returned!
Hope my tips are helpful for you Lisa.

I put my arms behind my back to give my lungs room to expand. I tend to slouch when I'm at home. I try to walk with better posture out and about.
Great tips, thanks pattycake!

More common now?
Hmm it was quite a common symptom in many people right after the you-know-what the past 3 years…
I entered peri menopausal at 43 and had a heavy cycle that caused anemia which caused shortness of breath
Hi how did you fix it pls?
@@Pris_Darko I had a mirena IUD inserted to stem the flow and had an iron infusion to cure the anaemia
Thank you for the info

Menopause causes sinus problem please suggestion any supplements for this problem.
I have constant facial pain, mainly around my eyes. GPs always say sinuses, but I've never got an infection. I think they are drying out???😢
