We offer a variety of collection options for your convenience, once your order is completed. The optical dispenser will identify the best collection method for you, based on your needs, when finalising your order.
In-store collection: is in person and usually takes about 10 minutes. It includes a fitting and adjustment to ensure your glasses fit perfectly. You can book a collection appointment directly with the store or online via the link you receive in your SMS.
Grab and go: allows you to quickly pop- in during store opening hours to collect your order, which will be pre-packaged and ready to collect. A team member will make necessary adjustments to the frames based on measurements captured during the dispensing process. If you require any further adjustments to be made to your frames, we welcome you to return to the store for an additional frame fitting at your convenience.
Deliver to home*: can be provided on request. Like the express pick-up service, a team member will make necessary adjustments to your frames based on measurements captured during the dispensing process. Again, we welcome you to return for any further fitting support you may require, at your convenience.
