When I enter in the URL box my gateway ip the browser tells me the site is rejecting the connection. What am I supposed to do then? Asus has an app to manage this router, but yes, you can do this via mobile. Just know that if the router does reset and you made changes to the wifi, you will need to update that info.

You can do it wireless if you are connected. When the router reboots, it will disconnect.

You may have to factory reset and re-setup. Sounds like the info was either changed or typed incorrectly when it was setup.

Sounds like the credentials have been changed. You may need to find what they were changed to or reset the router to factory settings.

You are going to need to clarify. Typically "Obtaining IP Address" means the router is trying to provide the device an IP address
