this is so true! personally, i do love answering dms, giving advice to those who ask, listening to what people have to say & what they’re going through, but it can be very draining indeed because it’s important to know the other person’s perspective / situation to give a coherent, loving and Christlike answer. and definitely it’s crucial to be in a peaceful headspace because it isn’t easy to serve&help others when you yourself is struggling!
The reason why you find DMS/texting draining is because the main purpose of it is to give a quick/short notice to someone. It's for taking appointments, warning of something to someone and making short arrangements. Long conversations where you have to go back and forth take you much more mental energy. They take you away more effort and time. When you are texting something that is supposed to be a conversation, even after texting the person you are waiting for the other one to reply and you subconsciously have left an open door. So by remaining open all the time it drains your energy. It's like stepping over a boundary because you are going on and on about a topic for hours, sometimes even days, when you could simply 'open the door' and then 'close it' with just a phone call (which is meant for conversations). This is why you prefer the phone call because after that you are not going on and on about something via text and it saves you mental and emotional energy. There is such thing as anxiety over unread messages/texting/emails ..I've struggled with it myself. It has to do with feeling overwhelmed with the pressure of an awaited response. It may be helpful to create a separate email for your followers to reach you and then avoid all the spam and creepy messages you don't need to bother with. Much love and God bless!! Love this video!

I agree about your response about loneliness. One of my loneliest seasons in life was the first few years after my husband and I first moved in together. It wasn't until I realized that I was putting unrealistic expectations on my partner and not spending time with God anymore, that I was able to fix the situation. I fell in love with God again and stopped looking for happiness in my earthy relationships. I still have times that I start to fault my husband for boredom and loneliness in my life and when I start to feel that way, I know it means I need to work on my relationship with God.

Its not that Easy! To just let go, forgive, & move on! It feels insensitive to hurting people to hear that. Being Loyal to a man & having his children to being left for another woman & raising the children on my own all to be cordial with a women who knew about me but still slept with him. And to top it off...call her step mom?! A slap in my face over & over again. GOD will literally have to give me a whole new heart cuz Im not tolerating betrayal. Being an empath hurts cuz folks take advantage of my kind & forgiving heart.
Something similar happened to me... every situation is very different and it's going to take time to heal. Please hear me out, I let my anger and hurt destroy who I was... I would say I wasn't angry anymore, but I was. I found myself constantly talking about it and thinking about it trying to get everyone to hate them with me because they were wrong. Very wrong. A year ago my life drastically changed and me and God are beyond close and now I am ok and I forgave them and I told them I forgive them. God has someone so much more special for you, pray 🙏🏻 pick up your Bible and go to church if you can or watch it online. Join a group, please don't live how I was. You will regret it because it took 6 yrs of happiness from me when I should have put my faith in God.
I also feel like she wasn't with her child's father for years and years, she's young so take that into consideration. I was with my husband for many years and when these types of things happen no one is going to be perfect and move on. Take your time, be angry and sad but just don't stay there for too long.

U r so lucky...i am studying for past 10 years n just failing all my exams. I am miserable mess n so is my family unemployed n lack of hope. Im giving one more exam ca final. I cant stop crying when i see my books. First i couldnt understand what i was studying now when i can understand the papers r super difficult n pass percentage is low n my stress level is super high due to so much guilt in me...its draining me. Being alone at times is a blessing so dnt be sad on that account life has many turns.

I agree. It's very hard to trust someone when their actions are clear. Especially in these crazy times we live in. Not every ex-husband and their current partner are in the house of God. And that is something to be cautious about. Better to protect our kids than to be sorry.

Glory be to God for the work His doing in your life and let all praise go back unto Him for representing Him to the many out there Amen. When you mention doing it for God and being called for it you made me think of the past years I so wanted to start a channel and even recorded some videos planning that each video will start with the word of God because I couldn't think of anything else that I enjoy talking about expect the Lord in my life. But a thought came that in a long run I want to make money out of it then it felt wrong that I had that motive because Jesus Christ shared the word and did the will of the Father voluntarily, so I stopped because it felt wrong and just decided to talk about life in general when I opened the channel this year but I somehow mention God in them because it's just difficult not to. By the way thank you for the inspiration you give to serve God.
