I'm not playing them due how complicated VPAC seems to be. I would need to start at the beginning when VPAC maps where introduced, just trying to learn essentially a complete new game. PAC / LPAC maps are taking existing concepts and refine to have a fun extension and easy enough to understand without requiring to learn complex mechanism.
Yay! I did this map with just enough buffs to the emitters to get where I needed to go and then did the rest of the map with only blobs and eggs, very fun

Dunno if its called creeper world 5 but its the same universe, It’s side view like terraria and has particle physics like Noita , It looks like it’s going to be another highly addictive game, The particle physics really introduce some interesting gameplay concepts and opportunities.
7:03 Guys: The angle Tom has the camera here was such that my Imagination placed myself in an FPS view because I'm high right now and I've been playing around with the FPS maps (some of those sleeper maps are weird 😵💫) and that's when the cool sounding idea part of the high kicked in. You know that A.I. that tries it's best to act like a player and move turrets? What if the roles were reversed? You make and A.I. FPS guy using the turret move A.I. plus code tailored for...let's placeholder DoomGuy. Map get's built like FPS and you can ride the trend of normal/PAC duo maps thing recently by making FPS and (Commander) mode maps. Could even specifically label them FPS(Commander) maps to separate from normie maps. DoomGuy moves with the (Commander AI, can't recall the author of the code or I'd use it here) code including right-click focusing. Upgrades work in a fashion faithful to early FPS maps. Basic canon starter weapon, upgrade info caches enabling other weapons. More base excess power = more buffed DoomGuy scaling fire rate and effect. You set the active weapon or perhaps two with rockets or snipers being an auto fire passive with cannons, etc. in the active pool of weaopns. EDIT: Hit send before finish, but of course Auras and the Abilities like AC aura and ERN aura could be a single selection, but I don't know if I'd include the fabricator aura, personally. Nor, perhaps, the de-crimsonator. And the active abilities like Rain could be right where they always are as rocket abilities. And if he goes DERP and dies, that's cool because he's a limit one structure mimicking the respawn option. It doesn't have to start this complex, of course. Just getting a basic boy that can switch to cannon/sprayer/mortar and get power buffed just like the first FPS maps would be enough to experiment with this concept until everything's balanced enough to add another layer. Hindsight: I'm liking this one about as much as the forlorn hope that SuperWitcher Henry Cavill and Games Workshop and Amazon are co-operating on (as much as i'm sure the hardcore want to see him as a Primus or the Emperor) a general audience appealling archived extracts of the Imperium's most Legendary Commissar: Ciaphus Cain. I literally cannot stop seing Cavill portraying Cain running around the 12th Field artillery's base, screaming his head off in fear swinging his chainsword in defensive patters and firing randomly in the direction of the motor pool to flee or fighting off Daemons with his faithful aid, Gunner Ferik Jurgen. Fantastic opportunity to meld a healthy dose of comedy into the Grim-Dark future of the 40th Millenium where there is only war to make it palatable to general audiences, draw in fresh otakus, and open popularity to the idea of the even darker stuff.
Nullified spots not popping eggs isn't a huge problem as you can still preload one with eggs and breadcrumb back towards your main mass of creep
Sure, but that at least slows down the cheese by a few minutes

I have made a tutorial series, and the integration of VPAC in The Lab was very progressive.

it is unethical to allow you to upgrade the egg generator that much
