After upgrading your qualification, for instance, from RGN to Post Basic Bsc. Physician Assistantship, how many months or years will it require to gain a promotion at one’s facility (hospital) or a place of work???

We the staff should rest ourselves regardless of cert or diploma, sometimes some of the staffs makes it look like NAC and NAP people are not part of the health system.The discrimination sometimes is too much.thanks

You can apply even for the degree immediately after completing but i will encourage you to wait for your posting, currently posting comes within within a year. so you can work whiles schooling. Many NAC and NAP nurses in my facility are working whiles doing their degree in nursing

Please I just came across a video saying that a time will come were certificate nurses will be wiped out of the system, and also the D7 that made one to do that course will be rewrite please how true is that

You don't need to better your results, you will only do 6 weeks assess course and you will combine it with your NAC or NAP certificate
Please but Ghana education service gave an information that D7 can be use to apply for diploma

Pls after my research on UG, UHAS and UDS adminission website, I realized after my access course as a NAC graduate, I can do Physician Assistant fo 3 years and degree in general nursing for that same 3 years but NAC/NAP to midwifery is rather 4 years. Pls let me know if this is true or u still have to do either the PA or the degree nursing as a NAC applicant for 4 years. Thank u

You can apply for a Diploma, however, I don't recommend any NAC to do a Diploma but rather a Degree which will take only 3 years

Please after completing NAC and post basic midwefry both in a private accredited nursing school will you be able to do your rotation and be posted like every other diploma midwife
Yes please, you will have the opportunity to do your rotation plus postings

Public universities admit science student for nursing program, However, if you are not a science student but you have the NAC or NAP, you qualify to do your degree

NONE of them, However when A NAP is posted to a CHPS COMPOUND He/She will have the opportunity to do deliveries
I didn’t know that and I offered for Nac,my result was from A1-C6 but only my Twi was D7 can something be done,can l changed it to Diploma

Majority of people are doing their Degree while they are doing the rotation.
Now most schools are doing the Top Up on weekends
