They do everything like the Registered General Nurses. If you visit the hospitals, they work at the emergency department, Medical and Surgical wards, Theater, OPD, Paediatric wards and other special units

The rumour concerning posting is not true. The government post the year group together, last month April the government posted both (NAP, NAC, DEGREE AND DIPLOMA) With the harsh treatment too is not true, I will do an amazing vidoe purposely on that for you

Currently, at my facility, where I am working, they have called all those who further their education either to Degree or Diploma to bring their certificate for promotion and upgrade.
Working in a private hospital is your own choice, Furthermore, most of the private Hospital will require that you wear a white uniform, so most of the nurses who wear white uniform are not mostly Degree Nurses but Diploma and NAC nurses
Currently the government post nurses within a years after they have completed their schooling, so you can go for postings and whiles you are working then you proceed further to do your Degree program
