3.5 NA V6 and 9sp trans combo will still be running and shifting smoothly in 2035. Can you say that about a Colorado 2.7l turbo motor?? They both cost $40K to $45K; I'd rather have the one I *know* will run forever.
The Colorado is a more capable midsize truck , but nether is worth 40k in my opinion! I appreciate your input my friend

Good luck finding a nice mid size truck in 2024 for 30 grand !!! I bought one of these but got 3 grand off and was 41 grand. Its a good deal cause these trucks last and last and the resale value is there. Yes , it's kind of a Pilot with a bed , but you can do with it and will keep its value better and its a bit cheaper than the Pilot. I priced small SUV's that were 40 or 45 grand.. with small engines .. this has a 3.5 6 cy. engine , the same one in the Acura MDX !!! think about that.

People don't go to Honda for no pickup! That's probably why. Honda's market is for compacts, family cars and economy SUVs.
Obviously if they got a midsize truck, people must be buying a lot of them in my opinion
CAN'T go wrong with a Honda! I haul them out of the Greensburg Indiana & Marysville plants. Brand New Scat widebody for 46k? Cloth seats no options maybe & that's stretching it!

Mercilessly mocked but they still sell enough of them to have a dealership. To get below 30k you’ll need to settle for a used Ridgeline, for some reason Honda trucks hold value
The Honda Ridgeline has always been a pickup for people who didn't need a pickup but a bed, note, that the towing and payload numbers can't compare to real body-on-frame midsize pickups

That’s basically all of the trucks these days.
Comparing it to the other mid-size trucks on the market.. it actually has much larger interior space. I looked at them all. And it has a v6.. not a crappy v4 turbo. And the bed is more versatile than even most full size trucks.
Considering current market, 40-45K isn’t that bad. People pay that much for cars

You could get those prices (30-35K) in 2017-2019, we have 2. They have worked well for us. Solid all around vehicle that can be a bit of whatever you need it to be. The key fob security can be fussy/annoying. No doubt, they are way overpriced now.

The prices are just the way of the world right now. ALL cars and trucks are overpriced in the current economy. The Honda pricing is in-line with the rest of the industry. And it's a better all-around everyday truck than every other truck in the mid-size segment. This video is just straight up DUMB!

Still better than the dumpsters made by the big 3 reliable and practical for most. Most people who buy trucks just turn them into pavement princesses instead of actually using them for their intended purpose

@@tlitesworld around where I live only trades men Use trucks for hauling most guys will just buy the luxury model do lift kits with rubber band tire on oversized wheels or lower them to the point that the can even go over a small speed bump. Back in Armenia people use trucks for work but in America they are just overpriced limousines
Just went to look and it can tow 5k pounds too! I do shingle roofings and that would be enough to haul all I need
