Hi, i hope u can help me clarify my problem. I have my first pc with Celeron G3900 and that motherboard im the only one who built it but once i turn on the pc there's no display on the monitor. Ive done all the way to fix it like cleaning the ram etc. Is it my cpu(G3900) not compatible with that mothetboard?(h310m)

Usually if the RGB Sync is important to you can need to buy the same brand of the RGB products and same specs = (RGB/ARGB) (4PIN/3PIN/6PIN) So now you cannot sync because not match

The intel i5 9400F processor which have the "F" SKU model at the back means no build in intel HD graphics which means you cannot use this processor without a graphics card.
Meaning you will not get any display output from the motherboard physical VGA/Display Port/HDMI if you pair it with a "F" SKU model intel processor such as the intel i5 9400F processor. You will need a graphics card such as the GTX 1650.

I currently use ASUS cerberus GTX 1050 TI 4gb memory. Will i get 60 fps or 120 fps above in 1080p resolution if i use the GTX 1070 8gb memory graphic card?

the fps will usually depends game and in game settings. Usually i3 will have some bottleneck , upgrade to i5/i7 with GTX 1070

I wanted to know if i can put a GT 220X in the motherboard and it will work so i can see the screen until i get my real graphic card (its taking forever cause covid19). i5 9400 can work great with 1660 TI or max up to 2060 ( gtx 1650 is weak choice for that CPU , you just limited ur fps like that ,because of the GPU )
2020 u can get i5 10600k and put 2x rtx 2080 ti if want ( or wait for the new 30.. series ) :D
