Well... in the instances of what is to be considered a "traditional" relationship (or marriage) in modern culture between a man and his wife (woman only), firmly believe that if the man fills the basic obligations and societal norms of the "traditional" husband by putting a roof over the the heads of his wife and children, being the only bread winner of the family, and lastly, being the one and only, protector of his family. So yeah, if the man has to fulfill of those duties I just mentioned, then yes, he is entitled to sex.
