Fresh n Fit are a way better podcast, whatever is fun to watch clips but sitting through an entire episode is draining. So many technical errors, the girls run all over Brian, he misses so many opportunities to clap back with facts at the girls that come at him. Brian isn’t assertive enough to control the room. When he does speak up it’s an awkward outburst that feels like he had to work up all his courage to get it out. When Brian has a good co-host who is naturally assertive the show is easier to watch. Alone im cringing watching him.

Her comment had nothing to do with his emotion or ‘weakness’, it was bc he rambled for almost 15 minutes straight and repeated himself over and over again. If he would’ve stated his points in 1-2 minutes (which was all he needed), even if he was ‘emotional’ about it I guarantee they would’ve said nothing. The 15 minute rambling became almost whiny.
