    Back from holiday so back to normal video-wise. This hypnosis deals with a tricky selection of behaviours, driven by a lot of internal negativity. What do you find yourself resisting the most? And do you know why?

      I resist anything uncomfortable that I don’t like. I think I do it because I’m easily overwhelmed.

    Surprisingly I made it like +30 minutes into this before I feel asleep - which is not a complaint, I actually really enjoyed the feeling of very slowly relaxing bit by bit, without suddenly collapsing into sleep. I don’t remember what you call it - but I really enjoy the thing you did where you guide the listener/viewer to put their hand on their forehead and feel a magnetic connection. It felt very powerful but also very relaxing.
    If it’s possible, I would love to see sleep hypnoses about a) creating/having healthy boundaries and/or b) about increasing self-awareness and feeling safe to see oneself as they truly are.

    I love your content so much. The sleep induction SleeeP sleeP it doesn’t work for me. I am having a major opposite reaction. It now wakes me up every time, I then feel irritated.. I have tried and tried. I know it’s a popular section every video has this part. I appreciate the time stamps but when I am asleep I can’t really use a time stamp to skip a section. :( if there are any sleep hypnosis without this one part I will be watching for them. Thank you for all you do. This is just how I am I guess.

    Hi Emma, am loving every one of your whispered videos they are amazing & often help me to drift in to a relaxing deep sleep, although I am being jolted out of my slumber rather abruptly now by loud ads at the start of & sometimes in the middle of your videos now which is very off putting, not sure if you can do anything to assess that from your end? 🙏🏻

    I much preferred the old videos. The creepy sleep induction section at the end I personally find skin crawling but not in a good way. Always good to try new things but i stopped listening to your new stuff because of it
