that's amazing that you wanted to learn a 3rd language! and you even have the Mexican accent pretty much. I speak English and Spanish....and that's enough for me lol. I have only been to MTY one time for my cousin's wedding. The city is only getting more modern all the time and for the 2028 World Cup it's going to be even better.

Hi, i life in Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua in the border with El Paso Texas and u could study in the UACJ(Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez) and UACH(Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua), here the school is cheap like of 200 USD to month and you can visit US, here is a desert but the people is happy and kind and the proximity with the USA make this city the best for study in México.
I'm from Monterrey, but i didn't studied in TEC (it's too expensive, at least for me and the most of the people), i studied in UANL, a public university, the football games between these two are a classic, because of the distance to TEC from my house, and because an aunt of mine work there, me and my cousins used to went to see Borregos in the old "Estadio Tecnológico", so, i have feelings for both teams, Borregos because i used to go to the games since childhood, and Auténticos because UANL is my Alma Mater.

There is a travel advisory from the state department on this city, exercise a lot of caution if traveling over there, the crime rate is very high
That does not include Monterrey which is a very safe city

Hello, the admission process is kinda different compared to USA. First, you need to know what colleges you want to apply to, then you have to look for their convocatoria, they usually open in January, then, you register and once you registered they're gonna tell you when you have to do the exam, usually in February, and then you have the results, if you get in or not. You don't have to do essays and stuff like that, just the admission exam.
And about money, studying in Mexico is pretty cheap, if you are going to study in a public school you may pay 2,000 pesos (100 dollars) every six months. If you study in a private school you may pay between 50-100,000 pesos (5,000 dollars)
