    The audio in this video was recorded with in-ear binaural microphones. If you wear headphones, your mind won't be blown, but it will go, "woah."
    I'm also the producer for the Winding Road TH-cam Channel:
    / windingroadmagazine
    Here on TheTopher, I'm known for putting a camera on my face and driving cars. Whether it's about any of my personal cars or reviews on weekly test vehicles, the goal is to give you an idea of what a certain car is like to drive or live with. Most of my videos are filmed in POV, with my clothes on, and (for like the 5th time) with in-ear binaural audio. Which, if I haven't made it clear yet, is why you should wear headphones. Because of the whole "woah" factor. It's there, trust me. Try it, you'll see! Or don't. As long as you whitelist me on your adblocker I'm okay with whatever you do or don't do with regards to headphone usage. That is all. Oh and I guess you should also probably subscribe. Why are you still reading this, you should be watching the video. With headphones! Hah, had to sneak that in there one more time. Later!

    I like the 2018 Camry a lot, especially since they're sticking with the super smooth V6. I drive a black on black 2015 Camry XSE V6 that I'll probably keep for a very long time. Been driving it for 3 years & it still puts a big smile on my face every time I drive it! Plus only 5% of people buy the V6 Camry's & they're super rare on the road, most everyone buys the SE Camry's which are nothing special.

Camry is just Camry, it is produced for daily driving plus all of them don't have any detail of racing or sport cars much at all.. Front wheel,... plus CVT.... don't force them go fast!!! And 2018 Camry is way too expensive ,35 grands, for just Camry...

Similar to the Camry that you are testing. At low-mid throttle position, it hesitates and unsure of which gear to shift into.

    we had a 1998 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder and that thing was rough! it would shake at idle (although it WAS a pretty old car, so it may of had bad spark plugs). very noisy engine, you can really hear it. the power delivery is jerky, when you move you can feel the car jerk forward, also the engine was very limp, you had to press you practically had to strangle the engine to get any power out of it. however, the engine was very fuel efficient and used very little gas on the bright side.
    we now have a 2000 toyota camry V6 and it is AMAZING! the engine makes a HUGE difference. it is very quiet and smooth at idle. it is a very torquey engine, it has a lot of power in it and you barely need to touch the pedal to get moving. very smooth power delivery, it glides forward smoothly. the only bad things about it is that it uses more gas and oh god... that god awful CAR ALARM! i swear that car alarm. when we unlock it sometimes, the car alarm might go off which is annoying. but overall, i prefer the V6 model.

In Eco, it has a very good sense of changing the car into a longer ratio for maximum efficiency. The misconception that CVT is sluggish and bad is astonishing because with a CVT you can floor it and never have to worry about the car changing gears.

    I want this exact model. Just can’t decide between the v6 or v4. The gas mileage is pretty damn appealing on that v4.

    Drivetrain Drivetrain Drivetrain. Toyota makes some of the best drivetrains ever. Forget the mass-produced dinky turbos.

    Quick question, which is more fun to drive? 2017 mazda6 or 2018 accord?

    • @FullMoon91
      @FullMoon91 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      *Tech Defender* The Mazda 6 is fun and very easy to drive and while driving it feels like one piece and with the new 2.5T engine it will be the best engine of this class in terms of performance and fuel efficiency

      Mazda 6 turbo. future models will get skyactiv x engine with diesel esque torque and efficiency as well as all wheel drive. beats the newer Hondas using smaller and smaller lower displacement 4 cylinder engines and compensating with a small turbo to make up for lost power instead of a large 4+turbo or v6 (gone)

      Dank Guy if you wanna keep the car for a while, you buy the accord. Smooth turbo engine, adjustable shocks, looks handsome, sweet ass 6 speed manual. And the reliability to back it up. Speed 3 and the Miata are the only Mazda’s that are actually fun. Drove multiple trim levels of Mazda 6. It’s a good car but that’s about it. I think it looked really good tho. Handles about as well as the accord. Much better than the floaty Camry. But the 6 is slower than both Camry and the accord on the straights. Much better really world mpg in accord than in Mazda 6. In all comparable trims. And a shit load more after market parts for Honda’s if you’re into that kinda thing. So is there a reason to buy the Mazda? Yes, if you wanna be different and are willing to sacrifice obvious advantages from buying a Honda or Toyota. Lastly, All cars depreciate but some faster than other.
