Wow that spare parts kit is an awesome touch to add with the bike... blown away by all the parts you just named that are spares! I want one of these bikes so bad I have ever since I discovered thumpstar about 2 and half years ago. Until I can afford one ill stick to my rfz

When fitting the fork tubes into the clamps it’s helps to align them by fitting the front wheel spindle first bro

I bought a 2019 190 off you guys not to long ago. Super fun to play around on. I weigh about 170 and seems to be holding up fine with me on it and I been riding it kind of hard. I have about 15hrs on it. Oh btw how come my bike didn't come with all those extra parts hhhmmm 🤔??? I shortened up my fuel lines and removed filter. Made a direct line from tank to petcock to carb. I was having and issue with mine stalling in turns. Runs strong Thanks for the video btw

Hi bud. What type of ARC clutch lever to you get to suit? Crf Honda match up ok or do I need to grab a Kawasaki one?

Pretty much all clutch levers will be the same other than the ktm/husky ones because they are hydraulic... so you can order the lever for any bike other than those two and it’ll be the same lever for all and should work

Are these the v5 and have u had trouble installing the new shock linkage I can get it on frame and shock but can't seem line up the swing arm to push bolt through?
Is it better to adjust the tensioning on your chain after building? Or is it better left the way it is? It would be great to get some advice from you bro.
Always adjust it to your weight when you sit on the bike it will be different for everyone

How is the reliability on it? My friends used to have older thumpstars and was always breaking and needed repairs more then able to ride. Im looking at this vs the pitster pro

Why do people change the oil the bike came with
C Antony they come with break in oil and it’s kinda junk and breaks down fast better to get it swapped out with good quality oil

I would've thought a 190 would be a bigger bike. The wheels seem small.
Sherri Gaskin if you are racing these in pitbike classes you have to run a 14/12 inch wheel setup. You can get 17/14 setups and it makes them a lot taller

the 2020 versions do come with airbuses and air filters they only come with a pod filter in case you ever wanna swap over

In Russia, Zongshen 190 is infamous for its gearbox and serious issues with electric starter
Дмитрий Шокун this does not have electric start and I’ve race a 190 for a full racing season and haven’t had any issues with the gearbox
