Amisha S that ending scene in the last episode, cox is one of the best actors in mcu.
He lost out on the Solo audition because he couldn't turn off his "blind stare" and reflexively wouldn't look at the actors/camera because he had been playing Daredevil for two years.

ofc he was wrong, Frank would've killed Fisk way back in S1 *no question* - on the other hand, even after all the blood on his hands, Matt still chose to *leave him for the justice system* knowing full well what Fisk was capable of doing to those Matt cared about *if he ever got out...*

@@ethandevilliers4706 according to Charlie cox and the director that really was one shot. As in no clever camera cuts like in birdman. That just makes the scene even more incredible.

Werner van Alphen Haunting of Hill House has a much better one shot sequence but nobody gives that the attention it deserves
5:30 I love how Daredevil walks straight into Bullseye before either character is aware of the other. Not a scene you know is significant at the time, but later.

The Matt hallucinating Fisk stuff was great ..there’s just so much history between the two that you can just feel the animosity even though Fisk isn’t there .
This is Foggy’s best season imo .. I think a strength of this season is that pretty much every plot or arc is linked to the main plot in some way ..there’s nothing separate going on like there is sometimes in some of the other shows

Foggy finally has *everything he coveted* back in DD S1 - only now that his life is exactly what he always dreamed, ironically he discovered he was much happier during his *Nelson & Murdock* days when it was just *him, Matt and Karen* helping the little guy in exchange for food/pastries and *taking on the world...*
Watching a man who can see, playing a man who can’t, whose pretending to be a man who can.. is just amazing
Daredevil is the best Marvel show in my opinion. Kingpin is fantastic!

I've been watching your reactions (belatedly) for Daredevil, and I think in last week's episode you said you wanted a Matt/Foggy reunion, and just hearing that made me think of this episode and that bar scene. Even in this reaction, you were like, oh yay, Foggy knows now! (As they were hugging) while I was shaking my head, going, "Yeah, but in a few seconds he's going to be a total asshole, shun Foggy and steal his wallet. Not a great reunion." The divide between Matt and his friends broke my heart and drove me nuts all season. I just wanted them to be friends again and work together to fight the enemy. Especially because Matt staying away from them doesn't keep them safe! It just means he's not around when they need his help. The bad guys would easily figure out how to get to Matt by going through his friends, whether they're still friends or not. So it drove me nuts when he kept pushing them away over and over again, and trying to justify it. If anything, I felt like him doing that just put Karen and Foggy in worse danger than if they were together and not hiding anything from one another.

in terms of a compelling, well-written storyline i would put Fisk in the same league as thanos - definitely top 5 best villain the MCU has ever translated to live-action💯💯
