What a fantastic day out digging my friend, plenty of good finds. I think the octagonal button is more likely to be part of a cufflink. The silver coin is definitely William 3rd and from the quick glimpse on video might be a double portrait with Mary. Have a closer look under the right light as you will see better than I can on TH-cam.
