These days I play more on my Vita than on my ps5. It feels just great to play games on a Vita, idk what it is. Maybe I’m just a little obsessed with it
Games I play on a regular basis in 2024: Geometry Wars 3 Resogun Lumines Olli Olli 2 Windjammers Sega Genesis Collection The Vita is a great everyday device for your lunch break, waiting rooms or waiting for your flight
REre2 revieved my love for games, I bought it in 2015 from playasia physical copy, and it's been siiting unplayed, 4 years later I decided to play game and got hooked despite a lil chopy performance, I even soft moded my oled vita to insatll overclock plugin and vitagraphix to run it at native 960x544 resolution, it's amazing they were able to fit in full fledged console title on tyne cartridfe, game is frigging gem
Been having my Vita since Christmas of 2015. The first games i bought along with it was BlazBlue Chronophantasma extend, MK and Call of duty declassified. Still love it and means a lot to me. Vita has so much potential. Now, im currently playing BlazBlue
I stumbled across your channel recently and I love what I'm seeing (especially the Vita content). As a fan of Wipeout Pure on the PSP, I definitely need to check out 2048 sometime soon. Tetris Ultimate looks great as well. Keep up the good work!
I still play Puyo Pop Tetris on Vita all the God damn time. I was hanging out with some friends and there was a girl who I was flirting with and I go to pull out my Vita to play and explain how I have music installed on it like Radiohead, Deftones, and TV Girl. Fair to say she was impressed, but not in the way I hoped for. I also still think Persona 4 Golden is best on Vita because it's portable, has a physical version, and has trophies which the other releases lack either one or the other (Or both if you're talking about the Steam release). My Vita is modded too so I have Persona 4 Dancing and Danganronpa Ultra Despair Girls installed that I need to start soon but just can't find the time to. Great video, man. Also, the reason Tetris Ultimate is disliked is because it was a disappointing anniversary game with nothing making it unique. I was in a similar spot last year with my mental health which is why I love Puyo Pop Tetris, as well as Injustice, Senran Kagua, The Last of Us, and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 2023 so I do understand why you'd love Tetris Ultimate. Great video, man. Love your content so far.
Nice to hear someone else also plays Tetris on vita haha! Hope you are in a better spot mentally now man, really appreciate the comment. Do you play on any systems other than vita?
I appreciate the kind words. I do play Tetris on other consoles. In fact, I recently pirated Tetris Effect on PC because I bought it stand alone on Switch, PS4, and PS5 which made me say "I'm entitled to pirate a game I won't even own physically at this point." I play a lot of Tetris Effect and even have a video coming out within the next month or so about it which is why I jumped out to talk about it. Tetris with music and some gas weed is my favorite thing to do when I'm not at work and just wanna relax, yk? I do think that Puyo Pop Tetris on Vita is one of the best, though. It offers a lot different modes of play and can be gotten for free given how easy the Vita is to mod (And how it is essential to mod at this point moreso than any other console). The console music app makes the experience good, too because I can just sit on a couch or on the bus and listen to music through my ear buds while I play Tetris then when I'm done. I pause my music and put my console in rest mode. The Vita is great for pick up and play which is why playing Tetris on it became a near necessity at my lowest point in life last year. If you're interested in trying Puyo Pop Tetris, you can buy a physical copy on Vita for around the $30 range on ebay. In fact, I play the game so much, I might buy it myself. I also really like the Persona Dancing games on Vita as well, they are some of my favorites to play as well. You can get each game on Vita together for about $60-80 which is a steal given how much content there is in those games. I appreciate you replying to my original, by the way. I don't like Tetris Ultimate but I'm glad it has found a fan, I'm just a massive Tetris fan and each game requires a gimmick to be amazing so the gimmick being "It's an anniversary game without a lot of basic game modes found in other versions" makes it a bummer of a game. Went to pirate it alongside Tetris Effect on PC and I couldn't even find a torrent if that says anything (I also usually don't pirate games, I just feel the Vita requires it and when I buy a game so many times, I feel I have a sort of right of passage to do so given I'm handed a license on Steam to play it and that's it).
Sick recommendations man! I only have RE Revelations 2 and Wipeout out of these 5. I still need to beat Revelations’ campaign haha. You’re making me want to play my Vita again! Let’s play something before you go to NYC mate! Thanks again for the video.
I'm still on Vita island lol . Currently playing Assassin's creed Chronicles and black ops . Killzone is my favourite vita FPS. Also played Resistance Retribution recently which is a good game and doesn't deserve the flak it gets imo . Oh and let's not forget Gravity Rush . Now that is a quality game 👍
@@FranchisePlayyer It also works wonders if you use the native resolution patch for games like Uncharted and Need For Speed. The graphics get enhanced, the frame rate goes down, then you overclock the frame rate back up again. I played through the whole Uncharted a 2nd time man it was beautiful :)
I’m looking for any vita games! I loved it, I should have kept collecting for it. I’m just now getting to where I was prior to me selling all my vita sh*t.
I don't get the love for Ys VIII - I love JRPGs but this one bored the heck out of me...maybe I didn't play it long enough but I just remember running in circles on the island with no progression - boring as hell! Literally pulled out the cart and threw it in the trash. I did retrieve it later but it's been sitting on the shelf since. Then my husband went and bought it for me on Switch - it's still in the package. The Best game on Vita is Tales of Hearts R! I still have and play my launch Vita which I had pre-ordered before release and I still love it though I finally did mod it.
.. Love Ps Vita 🐐❤️ Great Video Bro .. About Resident Eveil Jak And Daxter and borderlands it runs better after overclocked sad They Didnt even Care To Port The Games Properly ... Vita Screeams Wasted Potential
I still rock the Vita alongside the Switch and Steam Deck as each has their own niche and personal utility. Switch for First Party titles, indie and some other third party games Steam Deck for emulation and playing games like Baldurs Gate 3 portably. Not to mention the Steam backlog is huge. And the Vita is great for playing Vita and PSP games. Something about emulating on Vita and PSP titles on the Steam that Deck feels off. Another bonus for the Vita is how portable it is. I have the 2000 model and there is nothing to it in terms of overall weight. It is my preferred system to commute with to and from Uni.

Nice! What games are you playing on vita?
@@FranchisePlayyer Im playing crypt of the necrodancer, Helldivers and epic mickey 2 at the moment!
Just bought my first Vita. Cant wait to dive into the library.
First ive heard of Sky Force. Adding that one to my list.
Sky force is super fun, hope you like it!
Games I play on a regular basis in 2024:
Geometry Wars 3

Sega Genesis Collection

Windjammers is awesome, I love playing that on vita. The vita has so many great games to jump into and kill some time

It’s such a fun game especially on vita! I really wish we would have had a release of the first one on vita
Once modded you can dock it to your computer play it on OBS, also games like Cuphead are getting ported to the Vita. The Vita is a Beast
Totally agree, the vita is still a beast!

Fun fact : RE Revelations 2 physical japanese release is playable in english. So those who like physical copies, on eBay it can be found fairly cheap
The Black PS Vita 1,000 Oled the best.

Sorry , I meant Resistance Burning Skies . My bad lol 🤣
Vita island for life haha, so many great games to enjoy. Thanks for watching!
@@FranchisePlayyer I've got my eye on Unit 13 next . Seen some pretty good reviews on that game 👍
Soul Sacrifice Delta is my favourite Vita game. I mainly use it to play PSP games
Playing psp games on a vita just feels right!
I love the vita, I take it everywhere I go and play some of my favorite games like Neptunia, Blazblue, The Legend of Heroes and Jak and Daxter
Can’t go wrong with Jak and Daxter even though it doesn’t run super well on vita
Stardew Valley is the game im currently addicted to on my vita 😂
It's definitely worth overclocking the Vita for some of those games that struggle with performance (if you have the means).
Yeah I’ve heard it can help a lot on games like borderlands 2 and Spider-Man

It helps RE:Revelations 2 as well. Less frame rate stutter and cuts down on those super long load times.
One question, Good Sir. Where can I find the Black PS Vita 1,000 Oled USB charger with the Sony Symbol on it, Good Sir?
I'm new to your You Tube channel, good sir.
Have a nice day, Good Sir.
I love your You Tube channel too, Good Sir.
Thanks dude!
The Black PS Vita 1,000 Oled Screen the same, too.

nfs hot pursuit monster hunter @@FranchisePlayyer

there’s people who like to collect games bud
@@ezoisdecent8788 I like to collect games too but collecting pricey vita games makes no sense
@@icemann1419 How is it not worth it you can literally resell the game if you want your money back. Or keep it and maybe the value will rise later.
